Excelente entrevista, gracias por compartir. Ricardo Gallén es un musico excepcional, con una técnica muy pulida y un exclente gusto musical. Su interpretación en general es muy honesta. Me pregunto si el maestro Gallén enseña su propia postura a sus alumnos, ¿Como maneja ese aspecto? Saludos.

I bought this one yesterday because the chinese counterfeit has become too light. As you say, this thing is heavy even at the minimum setting, and I might not need it to be that heavy. Other features are great though

I was trying 6 types of aquila... They experiment a lot with materiale.... Like nylgut.... Atifical Gut.... Vegetable nylon.... Its very interesting to try them and compare to others.... Different sound..... Different feel on fingers.... Like squiking Aquila Sugars....

Hi, Miguel, String choice is a journey of evolution. In beginning stages of development, the player usually cannot distinguish string differences other than tension. As he/she develops their ear, strings play a greater importance in his/her life as he/she begins to understand the nature of the instrument and how it reacts to playing style and string choice. D'Addario EJ45's(medium tension) are a good neutral choice for a beginner. Later, higher tension strings produce more volume/clarity like D'Addario EJ46's and Savarez New Corum Cristal 500CJ which I currently use on my guitars. In the end, string choice depends on the personality of your guitar and how you perceive your ideal sound. There's no formula . . . Es magica negra!!! Viajero

I went to high school with Michael. He was a year younger and I didn’t know him well, but was aware of his career. Seeing this now at almost 70 years old, it’s clear his head was screwed on straight. Smart, insightful, aware. The world is a lesser place without him.

Not so much a question but often, after playing a demanding program, being told that 'My (brother-in-law/son/sister/aunt Betty etc etc) is a FANTASTIC classical guitarist' (because they can play Romance or the first few bars of Leyenda, badly)

Pro tip: play the songs that people ask you to. Snobbery only hurts you.

Without question, Pavel is one of the great masters of the guitar . . . "spirit . . . body . . . brain . . ."

Hola miguel me gustaría hacerte una pregunta. Yo toco una cordoba gk studio pero la toco como si fuese una acustica de cuerdas de acero, con pua y tal (no me gusta el sonido de las acusticas) y he usado cuerdas savarez casi siempre. Me gusta bastante su sonido pero llevo buscando bastante tiempo alguna tercera que fuese entorchada para que tenga un sonido mas parecido al de una acustica ya que el sonido de esa tercera sin entorchar que tienen las cuerdas clasicas no me gusta nada. Me recomendarias alguna marca que la haga o me recomiendas algun juego de cuerdas que se adecue mejor a mi manera de tocar la guitarra? Saludos!!!!

I just bought my first classical guitar and just took it out of the box. I was surprised and disappointed to find the bottom three strings are steel. I thought they would all be nylon and that is what I wanted. Yamaha CG102

Christopher parkening and Alexander Dunn .the best players i ever watched

Anybody have any knowledge or experience with the Luthier brand strings that SBM sells on their site? It's the only place I've ever found them. I tried them on a couple of my ukuleles, and I was really impressed I thought they were clearly better sounding than other brands I've tried, but I'm certainly no expert. I'm considering trying them for a classical guitar as well, just still trying to learn what all the differences are.

I gave developed pain in the right leg & now consider playing in the same position as maestro Gallen, thank you for being such a great example 🎉🎉❤❤
