Caffeine isnt really a suprise. Its well documented in medical literature that caffeine consumption during pregnancy leads to birth defects. I dont know of any veracity for the others.
A woman who has tattooed her arm is either self destructive or disrespectful to her body. Not a good example for someone who has a desire to improve their body and health. FYI: there’s a 24% increase in the incidence of lymphoma in people who have been tattooed according to a European epidemiological survey.

I hate gargling with salt water. I know how well it works but despise doing it. That brought me searching for an alternate relief.
