    Good tips. I have used ballistol on my firearms and knives. I'll have to try the autosol. Is it a liquid?

      @KuukkeliBushcraft Před dnem

      It's a paste, just like toothpaste.But for God's sake don't put it in your mouth. It's really good stuff. Great for removing any surface rust, stropping and generally making things shine. Another big advantage is that it is very easy to find in petrol stations, hardware stores ect.

    I have tried x5 earlier, today x13. And imho ... that x13 is useless on trekking (even lesser than x5, which was at least somehow usable), better to take something like big knife ... But imho x14 is improvement over x7, which is really usefull trekking/camping axe.

    • @KuukkeliBushcraft
      @KuukkeliBushcraft Před dnem

      The X 14 does look good. Never seen it before, just looked it up. I think the x7 is a compramise of usability vs weight. The X5 I like for spoon carving ect I don't think I have ever taken it trekking. I have with the X13 and it seemed fairly useful at least for me. I do have trekking axes that I prefer, but generally heavier. As for the X13 compared to a large knife. That sounds like a good idea for a video. Thanks for watching the video.

      Me gusta mas, el Peltonen aun que el Terava tambien esta bien. Me gusta la punta mas fina que tiene el Peltonen y que se puede montar la funda en maneras diffarentes. Otro cuchillo pequeño que me gusta mucho es el Roselli Carpintero y el Marttiini Syyslehti (que ahora no se puede comprar). Tambien el Mora woodcarving basic tiene muy buena pinta aun que no lo he usado. Es el 510 pero mas pequeño. Entonces no hace falta pagar mucho. Hi Jörg, mine too. It's now got a convex edge and cuts extremely well. But it was quite a lot of work.
