Well they may have been trying to determine the cause of the loss.
If you keep having problems then you need to return it for a new one. It's possible that it's a lemon, every maker has them. You need to go in and demand a new one.

That would have pissed me off too on the engine swap and not telling me. I just got a new 2024 2500 Chevy and the front bumper was bashed in. Didn’t even notice it till I got home. Went straight home so didn’t happen on my watch. Love the truck so far. I’ve had 6 Rams in the past. Just wanted a change. Sharp truck you got there

Steering and suspension Technician here, i can assure you that your wheel alignment is out, I would highly recommend going to a shop that can not only set your camber/caster but can also set your rear thrust angle, the most common cause of tire wear is front toe and rear axle thrust, then front camber, considering you have a specific model with a factory lift, most likely they just "sent it" instead of realigning the truck, From experience, I did more than a few alignments on brand new vehicles that were off including my own, just because it's new don't mean its good, especially in your case since they didn't let you know they did an engine swap and brushed it off as "you don't need to know"

I know that sux, sorry it happened. My neighbors shop burned down when I was a kid. He had a 50 willys jeep inside. It got so hot it melted the pistons in the engine. at least nobody got hurt. Advice, If you rebuild, metal and iron building. Take care.

That's some crazy stuff on the replacement of the motor. I've been thinking of getting a new truck, watching your videos and others. Makes me say Hmm! My truck is a 2004 Dodge 2500 Cummins turbo 5.9 It has 173000 miles on this truck. It has never had an oil leak, still runs great. I was thinking, truck is 20 years old. I never have had a vehicle this long. Maybe I'll keep it a few more years. Take care,

Hmm the milwakee tools are a suspision since even tho the brand is "high end" its still a chinese tool made in china, designed in china, and headquatered in china. Also i learned to never leave batteries on the charger over night or when you are away from the shop. Any battery/charger can go pop best to be nearby whrn charging.
@@robertswanson7297 yeah all that was rolled out as far as the batteries and chargers are concerned. Nothing was on a charger. I don’t know about the Chinese part or any of that but Milwaukee, damn sure looks nice and toolbox.
@@robertswanson7297 we actually keep 90% of our batteries at the other shop so it’s always ready to roll. Luckily this weekend the guys forgot to actually bring them.
