I hate to break it to you, you don’t have bad injectors, but you do have low compression. On that engine you can check the compression through the glow plug hole. You need to have minimum 450lbs. You probably have less than 150lbs. Engine needs an overhaul.

I have zero blow by and it runs extremely well … it’s only when I do not cycle the glow plugs
