      I think that AI will probably replace inbound and customer services roles, but the SDR role and cold outreach will be difficult to replace because cold prospects will not play along with an AI cold caller. That will be less of a factor when AI is completely indistinguishable from a human salesperson, but I am still optimistic that businesses will want a human on the front lines.       Peace of mind is value and a benefit. In our sales methodology, it is built around focusing on selling your value, which would be peace of mind. Yes, hard-dollar savings might be more attractive than peace of mind. But there is value in peace of mind and if that is the only value you offer, you need to figure out how to clearly communicate it. You could also come at it from the other side and focus on the pain that comes/exists if they do not have the peace of mind that you are selling. That might be more attention grabbing.       For the video you are commenting on, everything discussed in the video would be exactly the same whether you sell to one industry or many. Applying your question to our overall training methodology, you might want to think about if you should use one sales message for all prospects or tailor your messaging for the different industries you sell to. Since you say "many" industries, you would probably lean toward one sales message.
