    What if you sell a product that is industry agnostic? A product that is used in over many industries?

      For the video you are commenting on, everything discussed in the video would be exactly the same whether you sell to one industry or many.
      Applying your question to our overall training methodology, you might want to think about if you should use one sales message for all prospects or tailor your messaging for the different industries you sell to. Since you say "many" industries, you would probably lean toward one sales message.

    Could you please tell me how to sell peace of mind and happiness? Because peace of mind and happiness doesn't give you money back. They are just emotions. Thank you

      Peace of mind is value and a benefit. In our sales methodology, it is built around focusing on selling your value, which would be peace of mind. Yes, hard-dollar savings might be more attractive than peace of mind. But there is value in peace of mind and if that is the only value you offer, you need to figure out how to clearly communicate it. You could also come at it from the other side and focus on the pain that comes/exists if they do not have the peace of mind that you are selling. That might be more attention grabbing.
