Haha. It is pretty cool 😎 It took me a while to finally decide to take a chance on it and get it. So far I'm so glad I did. The cuts on my projects this year are so much better than before. Easier and faster, too.
@ridgetopcrafts4441 there's a lot of small projects around the house this would be perfect for. My father's older now but still likes to work with his hands. This would be perfect instead of trying to hand saw everything. Great find and appreciate you taking the chance and sharing 👍

I bought it on Amazon. Yes, it is great for small jobs. My projects this year look so much better and are taking less time than my previous jig saw method.

@DepressedInParadise you're welcome. The one I got is branded sanbousi (or something like that), but I suspect that some under other brands are the exact same as this one. I made a community post about it a couple of weeks ago and included the screenshot from Amazon in the post if you want to check that out. I can't put links in shorts, but I'll see if I can add a link to the Amazon page on my post or my longer unboxing video of it.
I just added a link to the unboxing video to this short to make it easier to find. And I posted a link to the saw in the description of the unboxing video. When I went to look it up on Amazon again I noticed similar looking saws that come with more attachments than mine did. You may want to check those out. They look pretty cool.

No, it's a tiny table saw for cutting smaller pieces of wood and metal.

Perhaps. If I was used to using a chisel maybe, but I believe this gives a nicer cut. And while it is a bit slower at cutting than the jig saw, the fact that I don't have to clamp the wood, move the wood, clamp the wood, etc. for each cut, makes this method much faster when doing several cuts for my projects.

Ugh, yes the black flies 😞 I wear 40% deet for those lol. I had a small screen house for a summer till a deer ran into it in the night lol.
Ah yes, my adorable Giz. You'd hear him a lot more if I didn't have him on the leash that can reach me lol, him and Finn are big cry babies if they can't come checknout what I'm doing lol. And yes his voice is very low and mean sounding, Nala's is too. If I didn't know him I wouldn't approach him sounding like that lol. I forgot to take video of the others when they came out later. Lol

For the love of God please don't cross cut with a table saw
It is possible to cross cut with a table saw, do not use a fence on it when you do, that's when you get pinching and kick back. Have you checked out my other short videos with the table saw yet?
@@ridgetopcrafts4441 I know how to use a table saw you just need to make sure you have rip/crosscut blade so its always a clean cut
@thedurbec9591 I never doubted you knew how to use one. Hence your warning about the crosscuts 😀 I have seen several videos of the same little table saw I purchased being used for cross cutting with the fence and watching their little pieces go flying. A couple of videos using it like that are even from the manufacturer I believe 😱 I was just letting you know that I will not be using the fence during my cross cuts. It did come with a tiny miter sled, but I'm thinking about building my own for it.

They're pretty cool. You can even use the jar for different setups for different seasons. Like put a xmas ornament in, a snowman, etc.
I do have different themed jars as well. I started with fairies, then unicorns etc. I do love the idea though of adding things to these jars for different seasons, like a tree for Christmas, or eggs and bunny for Easter etc. Maybe I'll work on a little accessories pack to go with these. Thanks for the lovely idea 😊

Well, for one, its easier to place wall studs 16 INCHES ON CENTER as opposed to 406.4 millimeters on center
Hahaha. Yes, that's true. I'm a crafter, not a carpenter, and lots of my small items are described in cm and mm, so for me, it would be easier to learn those measurements rather than checking with Google all the time. 😀
Only use cm and mm when I'm doing tiny joinery work on the wooden boats I build n restore.

I heard from a drunk homeless guy that the reason we aren't on the metric standard is that Thomas Jefferson tried to make metric time. 20 hour days (10 am, and 10 pm) and 100 seconds in an hour. Probably not true, but I've been telling it to people for at least 20 years.
