- spray paint just doesn't stick to glass well enough to make it worth my while.
it might be fine to make something for myself at home, but I create things to sell in shops and occasionally online.
I cannot sell something that I don't believe will stand up to a bit of handling.
and I'm tired of the constant touch ups required on these.
I will still paint some jars for decor, I just won't be using spray paint.

To cure-- Allow painted item to dry for 24 hours to be sure all layers of paint have dried. Place project in a cool oven, as the glass must heat gradually with the oven to avoid breakage; do not place glass in a hot oven. Set oven temperature to 350ºF. Once temperature has reached 350ºF, allow the project to bake for 30 minutes.
If you're worried about fumes, get a toaster oven for outside
Omg I gave away my toaster oven in a cleaning frenzy a few years ago because I wasn't using it very often.
Instant regret.
I've been looking for a cheap replacement just for crafting ever since lol.
