Murphy's Law? why does this always happen?

I searched for weeks for this brown kraft paper shred to package my snowman ornaments in.
I finally couldn't hold off any longer and found some red and white paper shred that I mixed together and packed the ornaments in that.
The red and white worked out great even though it wasn't what I had originally wanted.
I dropped them off at the shop and decided to do a little window shopping on my way home. And what did I find? Yep, the brown kraft shred I originally wanted. Plus some red and white premixed shred.
Oh well, I bought them for next time anyway.
