Now basically almost every interface starting at around 100$ in price has a very good sound quality. I mean so good that it might be better than gear that your favorite music has been recorded on. There are of course some that have too noisy or dark preamps, low dynamic range and all of that "bad characteristics". But as long as you avoid these you'll be absolutely fine. And I also have something to say about EVO4: - I have it and it doesn't have any issues with noise or sound quality. However you can start experiencing some noise when placing a phone or other strong source of EMI too close. But having it like a few inches away from your computer will be just fine. And purely from a technical perspective it's a little bit better than scarlett. Especially when talking about headphone output. - you missed one feature of EVO4: When you press and hold a mox button, you can adjust panning for direct monitoring. So you can have sound from input 1 in your left ear and sound from input 2 in your right ear. Or vice versa. Or have them both equally loud in both ears. Or anything in between. Nice and kinda unique feature to have

I need headphones to monitor vocals and NOT BLEED into the microphone. Had my eyes on the senhieser 280. You confirmed the quality was better than akg and audio technica and you mentioned theyWONT BLEED. Just what I needed thank you for confirming my decision. I’ll get some higher end seinheisers to mix in the future

Besides of nice sliders, everything that I need I have in Lauchpad Pro MK3, which I just ordered ( also have MK2). I'm also keyboard player, but I used to play long time ago in accordion with buttons on right side (finished music school on that instrument), so maybe that's why I really like to play on launchpads, because they got similar assumptions, how buttons/pads are organized (repeated notes in next columns for better notes handling)

Warning!!! You can't use MIDI in and out XLR with this interface you'll need to have a usb midi keyboard or controller, just to let you guys know. It is called an analogue style digital interface for a reason.

DT 770 pro have studio quality but V-shaped sound. DT770 pro X have a strong V curve and are not as balanced as studio headphones should be. They have too much highs and the bass is boosted. As long as you have calibration for them, it'll be fine, but the new model is not just an upgrade. It's an upgrade in the construction, which is sturdier, looks are also more polished. The sound is not better though. It's less balanced and especially bad for mixing. You didn't even review their sound, only read the data on the box, which is firstly irrelevant, because you can't hear 40kHz. Secondly the new model IS NOT mimicking the sound of the old one. It has a different signature and it's far from what is practical in studio IMO. It's almost like saying that you should be mixing on Airpods although frankly, airpods have more neutral sound.

I use xm4's but I value sound quality deeply so I was considering switching to the shure or senheiser. Wire is no problem I use my xm4 wired because of sound quality.
