My sisters and I always FaceTime but we never sit and stare at each other - we prop the phone in a convenient place and talk while completing tasks. So I can glance up and watch her cooking dinner or she can glance up and see me with my kids🤷🏻‍♀️ And to me, that’s more similar to an in person conversation than a phone call anyways. But not everyone does FaceTime like that 😂

Best tip... only have 1 kind of sock. No folding, no matching just throw them in the drawer. Underwear, Why are you folding them? My work/dress clothes get hung up and I only have a few outfits. The rest live in an unused room in case I loose/gain weight (I have a big and fairly empty house). When I retire or my GF and her son move in, in a few years they all go to the goodwill. Label your boxes, my son didn't put anything away until I did then he felt silly putting things in the wrong box.

Yes tea stains your teeth more... At least it stains my teeth more. I was a coffee drinker for half my adult life and then couldn't stomach it anymore and switched to tea. Tea also has about half the amount of caffeine, so if you aren't switching to avoid caffeine, drinking twice as much can help alleviate withdrawal symptoms... Like rage Hope that's all going better for you by now <3

Why is Snail mail is "still" required. Some folks have NO INTERNET SERVICE. They live rurally. This means, people live out in no man's land, bum f#@k Egypt, the boonies, living in the country. Moreover, hard to believe, there are people who do not have a technical life. I was one until two years ago. What happens in a Brown Out? The means, when all the computers go down. Space is a luxury. It costs money to acquire and maintain. If it’s possible to see and feel my space, it feels luxurious to me. Baseboards, corners, open wall areas,,,seeing them rather than having every single spot filled with Something feels relaxed and sumptuous. My place is less than 1000sq ft, but there is still a feeling of more space because of less clutter. Yes, it’s sort of a taupe monochromatic scheme, which seems unifying and calming after that red living room in my last place, but there are multiple items of interest (to me and maybe to guests…who cares?) to carry the eye around and be enjoyable. Having long site lines through the space and out the windows increases the feeling of spaciousness. (Maybe that’s a future topic. Ties in with your vignette advice. )
