Homemade Soy Sauce? YES WE DID! (Wild Shoyu)
Made with wild Pheasant's Back (Dryads Saddle) mushrooms, this delicious lighter style 'soy' sauce is loaded with Umami. It is a simple koji rice fermentation that ages for 1-2 months before it is strained and bottled. Enjoy this wild mushroom shoyu just like you would soy sauce - in stir frys, marinades, dressings and more.

This Is How We Grow & Process Luffas For Sponges
zhlédnutí 4,2KPřed 4 měsíci
This is our method of growing and processing luffas for sponges. Luffas (loofahs) have been grown for centuries as both a food item and a scrubby sponge like item that can be used just like any other sponge or dish scrubby. The best part, these home grown sponges are completely biodegradable and put zero micro-plastics into the environment. It's also really cool telling folks that in a northern...

Some of the tastiest and healthiest mushrooms grow wild. We harvest several varieties of wild mushrooms including golden or yellow chanterelles. We like to make sure we have these available to eat all year long, so we preserve them using a couple of different methods. Wild mushrooms like these chanterelles are very high in naturally occurring vitamin D due to where they grow, exposed to sunligh...
This Is How We Preserve Hundreds Of Eggs For Long Term Storage

Our aim is to grow and raise as much of our own food as possible, towards achieving this we raise our own chickens for eggs. Just like our produce though, egg production is seasonal, with our ladies slowing down and sometimes coming to a complete stop in the winter. To make sure we have enough eggs for our cooking and baking needs in the winter, we dehydrate hundreds of eggs and make powder. Th...

That woman knows how hard stuff is to build and has done the work she will Appreciate things that are built, unlike most women. That thing. Oh, there's nothing to that I can do that. No problem. There's a lot more to everything than just no problem. Just pointing out that she understands the difference. And that's a really good trait to have when dealing with working men!!! Appreciating them, unlike most women. That just there's no problem, and there's nothing to it. And they're equal and blah blah blah blah blah yeah.

either save the small packets of or buy some Silica and use them to help dry out the seeds. Place the, separated clean, seeds in a plastic tub with the silica, seal the tub and leave for a couple of weeks, ideally. then store the dried seeds in seed envelopes/wage packet envelopes. This is a similar technique that is used by the Royal Horticulture Society. They use this technique at the Millennium Seed Bank prior to long term storage.

I ,love these preppers that grow gardens using hybrid seeds. Seed saving is actually very easy with a little bit of knowledge, but you must be growing heirloom vegetables and protect against cross pollination. Pro tip….. If you’re saving cucumber seeds. Save the LAST cucumber for seed because as soon as ONE cuck reaches maturity, the pant will die and quit producing.

Greetings from Australia! Are they any different to the euro nightcrawlers in terms of breeding them?? Didn’t thought you could just leave them there for several months without opening them up also thought you need to regularly feed them. Also did you really need to separate the big old worms after several months from the babies and cacoons? or can lived together if container is bigger??
