      Well, you can make another comparator circuit just like the current Load, but the output of the opamp will turn a transistor on, you can connect the fan to that transistor

    So this would be used for something that has a line level output that has a volume control but no amplifier circuit in it, yes? I have one and don't see any way to connect a volume control to it. I bought it on Aliexpress just to have something in my cart for a total of $10 to get free shipping.

      You can add a Potentiometer on it's input though, just remove the 1k resistor in the input side of the amplifier if you have a weak audio signal source

      Does both of them inaccurate for you to calibrate it?? If not, don't mind calibrating bro, but if its a ZB2L3 model, it should be calibrated, check the push buttons as well if they make contacts

      In calculation, sakto yan boss, kaso may Losses kase yan sa mga Wires at connection. Bale dadagdag ka ng Butal don sa 15volts, Dapat talaga padaanin mo sa Accurate na AmpMeter. Tsaka mabilisan dapat o dapat mataas wattage ng resistor, Dahil 30watts yong power non pag 15volts 2 amps,

      It will depend on the Speaker load impedance though, but for me, the average number of 3.7v in series will be about 4. You can also go with 5 in series if you want

      You can try , but add around 1k resistor on it's gate probably, Because if other MOSFET go shorted, it can protect other MOSFET, cascading MOSFETS is possible with Dummy loads, but if you're gonna use separate batteries every MOSFEt, i guess it's a bit complicated

For now, I plan to only share the potentiometer and the rest components will be separated. I have another question. I need to increase maximum discharge current. Apart from parallel multiple Z2BL3, can I modify the Z2BL3 directly like change IC or Mosfet? Thank you again here :)

      Sadly, the ZB2L3 is programmed with only Max 3 Amps of current, thats Why i only designed it with 2.5amps max only, evem you change the ZB2l3 mosfet, the current reading is based on its Shunt Resistor, so I guess you need another version of Discharger if you want higher current

Is the current will drop when the voltage is approaching to 2.75V which is consider as 0%? I have the discharge device which can maintain current until the end.       The current is Constant bro at any voltage (minimum of 2.5v) , the purpose of the 47k resistor is to create a voltage divider with the 50k potentiometer to have a limit of 2.5A of current, (2.5volts reference for the opamp since the supply is 5volts) . The module can only handle up to 3Amps of current. If you don't have that 47k resistor, you can use any Value, but the potentiometer value should be close with that resistor value. Example, 10k resistor with a 10k potentiometer

      You can lower the value of input potentiometer, you can also lower the value of feedback resistors to decrease gain, and lastly, you can add another potentiometer on it's output

      With 4ohms load, Too Hot for the IC bro. 8ohms load probably, but not recommended with 4ohms for me because of heat issue. You can try at your own risk

      If you're talking about LA4440 IC, when in stereo mode, TPA3110 is way stronger. But if the LA4440 is in Bridge mode, LA4440 is powerful, Only Downside is the Efficiency,

    Hey bro I have this chip and decided to use it for my subwoofer @24v and I also have a TDA2030A from an old radio along with a low pass filter using the NE5532. As per specifications TDA is around 18w and TPA around 60w but in my tests the TDA2030 performs much much better than the TPA. The bass is deeper, more "detailed" and even louder while that isn't the case with the TPA 3118. Any idea as to how that is possible? Both are using the same LPF. Thanks

      Bro, Tpa3118 can only go 25watts max RMS watts at 24volts 4ohms load. In other hand, TDA2030A is around 15watts RMS if it is single, But TDA2030a in Bridge mode is more powerful than the Tpa3118 ofcourse.

      When it comes to sound quality, TDA2030a is Class AB, which is Why it sounds better than the Class D tpa3118, my guess here is the Gain of the Tpa3118 ic, OR the input capacitor of the Tpa3118 acts as a High Pass Filter , that's why it sounds bad. I have designed a filter for my tpa3118 and it sounds very good. I'll probably upload in future weeks after editing

    I have see online listing of tpa3110 with 15 watts per channel and 30 watts per channels . So in reality will both have same power out or different? There is price difference between them too .

      Bro, i think they're just the same, for me, I would go with the 15watts per channel since it's the closest to the actual true rating, 30watts is too much of marketing

      Yes, input impedance of the Tpa3110 Module is around 1kilohms, but tpa3110 modules have a lot of issue though, just don't use to high voltage and avoid load it with low Impedance Speakers

    I bought this amplifier thinking it was actually 30+30w. It's working with 12v but I wanted 17v with 4ohm speakers, would there be any problems? I'm going to use it with a 40x40x10 fan to cool. Thanks for the surgical video

    Why add CC load? The ZB2L3 adjust is current counting to keep accuracy correct. I have tested this many times.

      Yes it's true. The actual main reason i made this addition was, to have an easy selection of current when using different kind of battery Voltage ang Battery type. It's pretty annoying to change the resistor value every time, also having a CC discharge improves the discharge speed because, Batteries decrease voltage over time and decrease current as well. Relying in a Steady resistance for different discharge setting will be way better if you have an adjustment knob for it, thank you

      Max current is only 3amps, i didn't measure the voltage drop across the Current sensing resistor at 3 amps, but for me. 3 amps is pretty decent. For low power batteries only.

      @@x3dtronicsph When calibrating the 1A current, measure the voltage across R020, calc the resistance. Half the resistance, now you have 6A (changing the fet too), or anything higher current.

      My best speaker recommendation is 4ohms 20watts, any size. If you use 16ohms speaker, you can use 24vdc supply. But using 16ohms speaker, you'll not maximize the power of Tpa3110 . Better use 4ohms

    Malakas yan sir kung kumpleto ang set up mo. Try mo mg 24 at 6amperes at pre amp na maganda at dalawang tpa3118 para stereo at mg add k ng mixer. Swabe ang tunog sa apat na d8 na speaker parang nka sakura ka

      Di naman sya kumakain ng mas mataas sa 2Amps boss sa 24volts pag 4ohms load, malakas talaga boss. Pero kaya dahil nababase mo ang lakas sa mga 502, ay dahil hindi naman po RMS power ang 500 watts ng 502. Tansa ko less than 100watts rms lang ang 502 boss. Natry ko din ng may preamp boss, 25watts RMS max na inabot ng tpa3118 na 28pins. Bibili pa ako ng 32 pin para i kumpara ko

    Thank you for the informative video. I assembled the same parts. Then I connected it to ZB2L3, but the current remained at 0mA and did not change. I tried connecting -Load to GND and it started working. In the video it was said that -Load does not need to be connected to GND. What should I think? With this, I was able to measure batteries with small capacity. Thank you very much.

      Initially bro, the -Load and Ground should be isolated, When you press something and the discharge starts, the MOSFET of the ZB2l3 will automatically connect the -Load and Ground. If you directly connect -Load and GND, you will get an Error5 because. Everytime you put a battery, it will automatically discharge because you bypass the Mosfet of the zb2l3, that's why i isolated it

      @@x3dtronicsph Thank you. When I compared the ZB2L3 you are using with mine, it looked a little different. I bought it recently. There is a description of HW-586 V3.0. It seems to be working fine now, so I'll try it some more.

      You need to recalibrate it again. You probably did some error in the current calibration

      I have correct myself, one can better use the IRLZ44N MOSFET because the SMP 60N06 is not really suitable for this application. I've tried the STP40NE03L-20 and this has better results, but it gets quite hot.

    Another question, please? I tested a battery 3 times (fully charging it each time) and got different results. Why was that?

      If the capacity decreased as you tested, it's normal for the battery to lose its capacity each charge/discharge cycle

      I tested the battery a second and third time right after fully charging the battery after each test. The 3 tests were done in just a short time, and the battery was not put to use.. 1st test - 739mAh; 2nd test - 583mAh; 3rd test - 641 mAh

      @ikordilyera that's odd. LoL. Check your battery connection bro. It seems like you have a bad connection. Huge Voltage drop in your connection making the test inaccurate

      Yes it is. For normal lithium battery voltage, it is normal. But with 12volts , I don't think those resistors can survive
