Building The Most Compact Portable Diode Tester from Scrap!!

In this video. This is a diode tester with a test current of around 15mA. It can measure forward voltages of LED or normal diodes,even zener diodes. You can modify the circuit if you want but this is the best working one setup for me. I also encountered bad quality Semiconductors with this project, so beware from that.

The circuit is modifiable though.
I choose to have around 75volts output because i am limited with the Drain-Source Voltage of the mosfet.
You can use high duty cycle or high inductor value with irf640 mosfet
