- In this video, This is the full detailed review of the cheap TPA3110 class D amplifier. This thing sounds really good I swear!
If the details in the video is not complete for you. You can ask any questions in the comment section. I'll answer it.
Thank you🙏
good channel no fast speed stuff [fast foreword] clear voice
Thank you very much sir.
Much appreciated
Nice.. i con't understand your Laungage but i understand what if..! Thanl You.! 😊
Use your braina little bit , there is nothing wrong with the language.
Brother do a pam 8610 rms test please .
Sir your English is very good thank you for explaining power on this cheap board, and need for heat dissipation maybe heat sink paste would help ?Or would i be better with 2 amplifiers in mono (one side ) in parallel to help load a raise power to 8 Ohm speakers
Actually sir it can handle 8ohms very well,
The problem is with 4ohms load at High supply voltages. If your going to use 8ohms load, the amp can handle it
The heatsink will help maybe around 40% of heat dissipation because the pad of the IC is actually beneath it
This litte amplifier and verry cheap sound like AB class amplifier!
one of the best cheap class D amplifier i heard
But when his sound is too loud, it dies
Probably because of 4ohms speaker in output with combination of high input voltage. It has Thermal issues bro💀
Please bro make this vid again but with the power test at 24v. I could not find any other video except this one and another one from @JohnAudioTech on this topic.
Hey mah brother 1st Comment❤️💪🌚
Thank you brother.
Hahaha.
This amp is good for mid range of your subwoofer
Sir speaker spec k hisab se board bata dijiye please
50 W
(16 ohms at 1 kHz, 10% THD)
My best speaker recommendation is 4ohms 20watts, any size. If you use 16ohms speaker, you can use 24vdc supply. But using 16ohms speaker, you'll not maximize the power of Tpa3110 . Better use 4ohms
@@x3dtronicsph sir speaker phle se hi isliye puch lia Sony brand ka to speaker p invest nhi karna chah rha m
Building my first bluetooth speaker and bought one of these boards. What rechargeable battery set up would you recommend to use for it ??
I recommend any suppy from 8volts to 16 volts.
With 8 ohms load, it's best to use 16volts or 4 18650 batteries is series
Bro I've used this amp with 24volts to clipping at 4ohms and it didn't get hot at all !
I bought this amplifier thinking it was actually 30+30w. It's working with 12v but I wanted 17v with 4ohm speakers, would there be any problems? I'm going to use it with a 40x40x10 fan to cool. Thanks for the surgical video
Yes, it will work nicely at 17 volts
I've used this amp with 24volts to clipping at 4ohms and it didn't get hot at all !
Where are you from bro? I guess it's about the differences of the quality of the chip itself.
It's pretty hard for me to find an authentic chip here. But for what i recall, using 4 ohms load at 16VDC with only 1 channel continuously at 1khz input made the heatsink hot,. For normal music listening, it can handle the music of course, the music is not a stable 1khz freq, tried it with 24 volts and it killed the chip.
I'll test it again if i can find a reliable source of the module.😁
How many 3.7v recharge batteries would be required to run this amplifier to its best sound output. Am planning to make a Bluetooth speaker with this amplifier, how many 18650 3.7v Li ion battery would be needed for best sound output. I would also use a buck boost convertor if necessary. Also max amps for this amplifier is how much
It will depend on the Speaker load impedance though, but for me, the average number of 3.7v in series will be about 4.
You can also go with 5 in series if you want
I have an amplifier like this it was working at 12v dc but when i plug it into my 19v dc it shut up and wont make a noise even if i touch the audio pins and the chip is not even warm the blue light is on but no sound but when i plug it back to 12 volt it wont make a noise so i guess i fried it maybe i bought the fake one or just the chip coudnt handle 19 volts?
Did you use Max Volume of music using 19v supply??
Or it just didn't make any sound in the first place.
I tried mine at 20volts supply with low volume.
It's still working
Will this amplifier board work on 12v set top box adaptor
Yes bro, 7 watts RMS per channel only
Brother , please can you compare this with pam8610 ? Especially GOLD 64E Version . Because it has more gain compared to other PAM8610 boards . ❤
I can't find Gold Version here in PH.
I'll probably have a review on pam8610
@@x3dtronicsph 😊
Hey I want to ask something
Is it fine if I put 24 volt instead of 12 volt? Thank you
With 4ohms load, Too Hot for the IC bro. 8ohms load probably, but not recommended with 4ohms for me because of heat issue. You can try at your own risk
This board is really nice and sells dirt cheap. Nice video
mine has a clipping problem when the I try to push the volume high, what could be the solution to it? thanks for your feedback in advance.
What is the voltage supply?? And the impedance of your speaker bro?
I have see online listing of tpa3110 with 15 watts per channel and 30 watts per channels . So in reality will both have same power out or different?
There is price difference between them too .
Bro, i think they're just the same, for me, I would go with the 15watts per channel since it's the closest to the actual true rating, 30watts is too much of marketing
@@x3dtronicsph thanks.
I have one more doubt can I solder aux in directly to Power amplifier?
Yes, input impedance of the Tpa3110 Module is around 1kilohms, but tpa3110 modules have a lot of issue though, just don't use to high voltage and avoid load it with low Impedance Speakers
Is It not a 30w per channel right?
To get 30w must be mono channel and to 8 Ohm speaker, right?
No sir.
It's impossible for this Chip to provide 30watts RMS of power even in Mono.
The heat dissipation is really terrible.
And using a higher impedance speaker like 8ohms, it will be weaker, also more clear than 4ohms i guess.
It will depend.
But 30watts RMs from this IC is impossible
@@x3dtronicsph The sellers always offer, erroneously, that It is 30w + 30w. Thanks for you reply.
@roglopes.mobile2568 it's called marketing strategy bro.
Thank you for your time
How to repair. With power but no sound..
It's an IC problem bro, buy a new one
I have always know that this audio amp cant be 30watts with that small looking chip, i bought one and it has very clean sound but a little bit powerfull for subwoofer, but it sound very good at 4ohms 40w
Yes.
4ohms minimum.
Can get easily destroyed thou especially if it's a CONTERFEIT CHIP🥴🥴
@@x3dtronicsph can add a type MOSFET or diode to make a reverse polarity pt? (Protection)
This board already have a Reverse Polarity Protection
@@x3dtronicsph what is a counterfeit chip?
Basically it's an "Imitation" of the actual chip.
For example: The original Tpa3118 is made from Texas Instruments if I'm not mistaken.
Now Other companies may copy the chip design because of its popularity but with less protection, sometimes less power output for a Cheap Price compared to the original Chip
This vs the dual lm4440 ic boards ? Which is better
What do you mean dual Lm4440
@@x3dtronicsphthey are very popular
If you're talking about LA4440 IC, when in stereo mode, TPA3110 is way stronger. But if the LA4440 is in Bridge mode, LA4440 is powerful, Only Downside is the Efficiency,

Can i use a 12v 5amp adaptor to give it power
Yes Of course.
Even a 12volts 2amps adapter will work fine
@@x3dtronicsph amplifier damage to nhi ho jayega 12v 5amp se
@funs4comedy yes.
The amp will not demand 5amps of current.
It will only draw around 1 to 2 amps max at full volume with 4 ohms load.
Even if you use 12volts 500Amps power.
The board will be safe as long as your speaker impedance is around 4ohms
@@x3dtronicsph amplifier 5amp par work smoothly and property to karenge
Yes.
12 volts 5 amps good 👍👍
lods paano po ayusin ang low sound left channel bigla na lang humina kahit malakas na ung right channel
Chip problem na yan boss.
Sirain kase talaga yang module na to.
Sundan nyo po input boss.
May pull-down resistor yon.
1kilohms, baka shorted lang
Hindi 30 watts? Per chanel?
Pag RMS watts.
Hindi po, sobrang layo sa 30watts
19v 5amper bozarmi
4ohms load full volume.
No!!!!!!
8ohms load you can
So this would be used for something that has a line level output that has a volume control but no amplifier circuit in it, yes? I have one and don't see any way to connect a volume control to it. I bought it on Aliexpress just to have something in my cart for a total of $10 to get free shipping.
You can add a Potentiometer on it's input though, just remove the 1k resistor in the input side of the amplifier if you have a weak audio signal source
@@x3dtronicsph Cool! Thanks man!
