Will the Chancellor's Job Support Scheme curb the rise in unemployment? - BBC Newsnight
Will the revised Job Support Scheme - due to cost the government £300 million a month, rather than the almost £4 billion a month for furlough - staunch the rise in unemployment? Subscribe to our channel here: goo.gl/31Q53F
Chancellor Rishi Sunak has said it is "impossible" to predict how many jobs the government's new wage subsidy scheme will save.
The scheme, set to replace furlough, will see the government top up the pay of people unable to work full time and aims to stop mass job cuts after the government introduced new measures to tackle a rise in coronavirus cases.
The chancellor said he hoped the plan would "benefit large numbers", but he could not say what job is "viable or not".
Can the chancellor’s new package hold back the tide of unemployment?
Political Editor Nick Watt reports.

Hey that Liz Truss seems to know what she's talking about….oh wait…
Wouldn't it be smart to get your citizenship.
Put it this way look up David skinner he's dead now but he was a good guy he stood up in relation to thatcher she wasn't nice in relation to the miners so I'm saying stand up for yourselfs life is too short x
Assholes I can remember the miners my dad was a drummer the miners did not do anything wrong stand up for yourselfx
These people have a total ignorance of the female private parts. The clitoris of a woman is much larger than they think and the sensation of lust due to the clitorus is more a matter of sexual intercourse. It's just unrighteousness dominion that men are doing that to women. 😮😮
I'm just learning about her, she seemed like a really good person, and a good politician too
BBC and its anti India agenda
Is it really that hard to add "helped" in your title to make your claim more logical and sensible? If you brits really love to claim credits where there isn't, might as well just say, well the Neil Armstrong family line came from a Scottish clan, Aldrin is an old English surname, and Mike Collins is just the same as that Irish Michael Collins, so in effect Apollo 11 were all brits, with english, sottich and irish evenly represented, the brits already went to the moon, we won, woo hoo
If they kept the footage running just a bit longer Blake's 7 would of started. 😀

I wouldn’t like to be the presenter. Looking back over this 4 years later.
I was not yet sixteen and took my O Levels that year. Remember hearing about it when I was in the classroom. The nuclear fall-out caused a radioactive cloud across North Wales and today the danger is still happening!
And the French letters were everywhere!
Really disingenuous arguments, piled up on one another. And with such a cultured intelligent man you know that it must be deliberate. Since when did the UK government steal the homeland it governs? Since when do all critics of Israel also call for the abolition of the state? Lies hidden in half truths.
Except for nationalising broadbrand rest of the things were pretty normal things for me
A genuinely beautiful man and amazing orator. His outlook and words are moving to my soul. The world would be better to have you still here now brother x

Don't go to the UAE. The owners torture Indian women in their houses. Recently, my neighbor went to the UAE for the same job, and they treated her terribly, torturing her physically and mentally. When she asked her owner to send her back to India, they just sent her to the airport with an unknown person, only giving her a passport and no money. She was lucky to find a man who was also Indian and lived in Bombay. She asked him for help, and he helped her get back to Bombay. The worst part is that the owner was also Indian. They took her from Bombay to the UAE, initially talking nicely and offering her great money. But when she reached the UAE, they showed their true colors and started torturing her. My request to all women: Don't go. Please don't go with anybody.

Lol propaganda already falls flat in the opening montage when you look at how nice Hungary is compared to all the "liberal democracies" that have been in rapid decline. Compare Paris, London, & US cities 70 years ago to how they look now.
Miss him
Just sad. If these guys had a relaxed teacher to talk to and be told it’s ok to be gay then surely that’s positive. These people don’t seem to understand that children need to be told about sexuality so they can stay safe.
O why turned off😂

Listen to this warble voiced, emotionally unstable Boot. How wrong he was proven. Dead wrong; in fact Trump meant peace, the demoncrats mean war. But Boot knows that possibly. Is he a spy… maybe. Is he a Christian, no. He understands practically nothing of world events and does the will of satan and is willing to lie. All the insults and smears he throws are basically true of himself. Poor satan deceived Boot. Pray for him.
This is a major social problem. Where are their children when their elderly need help at the end of their lives? Simpler to put them in a nursing home. This often does happen.

Just shows the arrogant and patronising contempt the BBC had then and has now for peope like Corbyn. They could have used a different title for this clip. Total wankers.
