Night Train was produced in Nashville from TV station WLAC Channel 5 and aired from 1964 - 1967. The show was hosted by Noble Blackwell. On this edition we have the talents of Buddy and Stacey, Jimmy Church, The Avons, Spidels, Tony Clarke, Pamela Releford and several other acts. The picture & sound quality are a bit rough on this one but I know you'll enjoy the program.

Back in 1993 3 Acetates were made so we could say we had Nicole & the Educators on a 45 rpm disc. Of the 3 records made Davy Jones Mother has 1 copy & another friend of Dave's has a copy and I have the one you're listening to now. He Needs A War was recorded in rehearsal September 29, 1993. One of Nicole's best songs. The flip side has Nicole covering the Joni Mitchell classic Big Yellow Taxi s...

One of Mr. Kames wonderful Christmas specials from the 80's rescued from an old Beta tape. This may be the last place you'll ever see one of these shows again. If you lived in the Milwaukee television viewing area you could see these almost every year. I'm not sure when Mr. Kames stopped making the shows but I really miss them. Enjoy some good family entertainment this season with the late Mr. ...

Captain Beefheart - American Bandstand Phone Interview June 18, 1966
One of the most underestimated lead guitarist ever. He was amongst the very best.
Jibberish notes over 2 chords ...wow any middle school kid could do this ... zero reverb...solid state tone ... poor Mike Douglass...
So where is the band ? or is this a tape playing the other instruments ?
I’m pretty sure it is the house band playing to charts provided by Frank
I am so glad I was able to see him at least once .
You tell them Frankie, let's get rid of Sleepy Joe and Crack Head Hunter and Obama and his boyfriend Mike and Nacy Shit Ass and all of them Freaks who. NEVER LIE AND ALWAYS TELL THE TRUTH like MSNBC AND CNN.
Sempre bom escutar música boa. Viva Zappa
Frank said he had a basic rudimentary knowledge of the guitar🤣 just like Jeff Beck did too. Miss both R.I.P.
This sounds like a begginer doodlinh
You ain't got the full pre frontal cortex. A pity.
God this is awful
Didn't know he was in the Scouts
Those were the good days unlike today world 👽👽👽
Playing the pignose amp. About 100 bucks....😜
2:38 fingertapping?
grande Frank
Holy cow! I never knew about this one. Good for Dick Clark.
Good Show! Jolly Good Show ❤
The E in Mike on the background looks like an FZ stache.
Playing guitar behind the great Wolf--Smilin' James Burton!!
Mi tema preferido de FZ , un distinto a la hora de tocar y componer, lo empezé a seguir y escuchar, hace muchos años, cuando supe que compartía giras con PINK FLOYD e incluso tocaba en vivo con PF , Es un genio. Saludos Floydianos. Gustav 🇦🇷
Only time the Wolf appeared on prime time national television. A few years later Wolf’s wife said how moved he was when Mick Jagger stopped a show and had the lights put on to say that in the audience that night was the man who was responsible for them being where they were such was his influence. The whole audience applauded and he was moved to tears.
He was very strange and peculiar person his music was sometimes annoying be cause he couldn't draw a line between improvisation and steady melodic rhythm. He wa a genius and it was normal not to be recognised as much as a popular music artist
I remember seeing this on TV as a kid
It's like heavy petting but instead of his hands he's using a guitar.
This man almost learn how play guitar.... this is the most beautfull guitar solo ever
Undesrstand genius focus cosmic
Wow the guitar guy in the back is wild
Thank you Frank for great music from my teens. R.I.P...........
Love ❤️ the Capitan!
2:43 why does Zappa never get talked about when it comes to tapping?
You just know Frank turned up with sheet music for everyone and rehearsed them thoroughly. MAESTRO!
The Wolf was arguably the best blues harp player ever; turns that harmonica sound into an expressive and emotional voice.
Wolf is a TITAN
this guy is a joke
your life is a joke
If Jimmi Hendrix had lived he and Zappa woud have done albums together fo sho
I was lucky enough to see him perform live 3 times
perhaps frank was aiming for an alien tone to the guitar. great playing
A young Billy Preston playing piano.
Zappa invented tapping here, Van Halen see this and reinvented
Yeah, that's Frank Zappa talking on the phone. Dick Clark's mic looks like a stiff foot-long weener.
frank had a styleb all of his...own .. mixed perfectly with that kick ass acid of the early to mid seventies . #mitch, mark Willy's country corner .
His best guitar piece out of the lots And well worth harvesting . The tone .Approach is sensational .
My good friend turned me on to this little jem. I don't disagree with inspiration. But zappas definitely for adults.
Ok
Bob, tell me you still have the chicken suits.
Was he using right-hand tapping there? 1976? That's good!👍
Who else heard the back vocal singers in their head?
Musicalidad, no el habitual virtuosismo guitarrístico vacuo para las masas ignorantes!✨✨✨✨✨✨👏👏👏
This girl is respecting right now!
I have no idea why people think this guys good. He's complete fucking garbage lol.
Very, very good!
