This stuff is Priceless, it's from a time when Real Musicians played Real Music for Real People, they could really sing and play back then

Despite Ike’s personal demons, the man was an incredible, unheralded mover and shaker in the early days of rock and roll. He discovered or nurtured a lot of musical talent out of the Deep South. He’s right up there with Sam Phillips.

"So Fine" -wasa hit by The Fiestas in 1959. It was first sung by The Sheiks (Johnny Otis' group) on Federal Records in 1955.

It's interesting that the musicians' performance is way more polished than the hosts of the television show, who were still trying to figure out how to fill air time back then.

Ike Turner and the Boys! Really I’m surprised Ike would allow that especially in the late 50s.
