My #1 wouldn't be rides, but the park themselves lit up at night. Disney Parks are just meant to be appreciated after dark.

Disney used to have canoe races every year for cast members on the Rivers of Americas, run before the park opened. It was a blast, but you had better be willing to puke afterward. They were serious races, all the way around Tom Sawyer's Island.

not a ride, but Cosmic Ray's Starlight Cafe has been my favorite thing ever at Disney World since i was like 7, not for the food or the convenience, but because i am a diehard Sonny Eclipse stan. it's always busy in there, but i never see appreciation for the Mr. Eclipse experience itself, he needs more love </3

What they should do is introducing proper public transit, not just within property, but as an outside connection. And proper means rail, not busses. I'm not naive, the best public transport will never let ever guests change mode of transport, especially not in the US, even less at the west coast, but a decent (not even good) rail connection could free up a lot of space in parkinglots. A kind of monorail to the regional transport center could do the trick. Of course the service would have to be increased to be an attractive alternative to driving. Also this way they might be able to make use of the vast and mostly unused parking spaces around the nearby stadiums, freeing up even more valuable land for expansion. Last, but not least, they would even honour Walt Disney, since he was really into public transit. Of course it would have to be a quality solution in order to achieve that and satisfy guests.

I’ll be honest, I always have the same routine at MK: Jungle Cruise Pirates Thunder Mountain Haunted Mansion Small World Pooh Philharmagic Buzz Carousel of Progress People Mover Then if it’s possible to get on Space Mountain, Peter Pan, Pirates, or Haunted Mansion I’ll go for it but usually it’s too long a wait so it’s out the door after People Mover saving the best for last.

The tiki room in Disneyland, nothing better than a cool spot and a dome whip on a hot day. And Mickey’s philharmonic in DCA. Iits never busy and it’s such a fun show!!!

Ellen’s energy adventure was an underrated attraction. I loved that ride. 30 mins on a slow moving dark ride in the air conditioning. It was perfect for a nap

I always loved the Swiss Family Robinson Treehouse!

The cave and the mine on Tom Sawyer Island get my vote. If I were at Disneyland Paris, I would definitely choose the Wonderland Maze. Notice a common thread? All walk-throughs with no lines.

also i think all the dca rides that are not the e-tickets are very underrated (except jesses critter carousel i will never forgive it for replacing king tritons carousel)

As someone of an older age your underrated attractions are our favorites. The older ones at WDW bring back the nostalgia factor since I rode them with my parents (gone) and grandparents (long gone). They always give me a case of the feels. Thanks for highlighting them.

IMO, the Magic Kingdom/Disneyland layout is kinda-sorta like an enormous time machine. Thus, Autopia, Matterhorn, submarine, skyway, etc., are/were in the contemporary era.

Two underrated must dos for me are the laugh floor in MK and turtle talk with crush in Epcot. The guest interactions in those are just unbeatable and you get a slightly different experience every time with the live performances. Sure they’ll hit the same beats but I ALWAYS get excited to see whatever offhanded (pun not intended) question a kid has to ask to crush and how he explains it.

Sindbad's Storybook Voyage is an amazing boat ride. When I was there last year it was a walk on attraction and I do not know why as it was fantastic.

All of the Mickey Mouse Revue was relocated to Tokyo Disneyland in 1983 after Magic Kingdom's closed in 1980. The Tokyo Disneyland version closed in 2009 and the Three Caballeros animatronics were used on the Gran Fiesta Tour in 2015. Before the animatronics there was animated versions of the Three Caballeros on a screen, and I have no clue what ever happened to it because I don't think it was ever used for a B mode if the animatronics weren't working.

The Davy Crockett canoes are such a vibe that they exist in Shanghai Disneyland and have LINES, baby Blew my mind when I noticed it had a longer wait time than their Pirates did

It's a tradition for our family to pack a lunch to picnic at Tom Sawyer Island. Its the perfect place for shade and low crowd levels

All I wanna add is that I hate "BIRD" from Autopia. I find it super annoying and I wish Disney would revert back to a more 1960s style with Nation on Wheels playing in the queue and someone with a soothing voice giving that BIRD gives

Absolutely the Disneyland trams!! People take them for granted and we handle a huge percentage of guests daily!! No big views but they’re fun for kids and the playlists are great🥺

Totally agree with this list. The Grand fiesta has been my daughter's favorite since she was born. At 19 we still go on that ride on every trip. The canoes are also a must do favorites for us.

On our last Disneyland visit, we did the Davey Crockett Canoes and it was easily the most exciting thing we had done at the park in a while. You're in the water, you get up close to the back of the river boat, the scenery is stellar. It's rad as hell.

I think the underrated attractions at DisneySea are the Aquatopia and the Transit Steamer Line! When you go there, make sure to take the Transit Steamer at night! It's a magical trip! I don't know if it counts but Fortress Exploration is also really cool, there's just a lot to discover as you navigate the stairs and walkway of the whole place. See if you can find the astronomy room and the ocean model room. Bring some 100 yen coins to use the remote controlled boats!

My solution to the Autopia "problem" would be to get rid of it and then build major attractions that are engineered to support a recreation of the Autopia on top. Admittedly, positioning/hiding AC units would be tough and making good-looking fake trees for parts of it would be a challenge.

Gran Fiesta Tour starts strong for sure. The screen integration is reaaaally bad, though. The frustrating part is that it would be cheap and easy to make it far less bad.

The first time i went into the Mexico pavilion, I was a teenager. It was already night and I thought i really had gone through the temple facade and then exited into an outdoor plaza in the back.

You had me with Gran Fiesta Tour. It’s low key my fave ride in Epcot. It’s a nostalgic one for me with how much I loved it as a kid, but now I appreciate it much more as an adult. I’ll never forget riding it essentially alone in an empty pavilion during After Hours and being on cloud nine
