I'm watching the deck tech and am wondering: why no eldrazi Mimic? It's castable off of Sol lands, potentially able to drop two bodies on turn one that attack in for a lot on turn two, and is on tribe and on theme. I'm just curious

Disappointed you fell back into the safety of the reanimator meta instead of leveraging burning inquiry. Concept failure from start. Rakdos: amped raptor (1) & (2) mana discard might have been a good place to start. The list is more aggressive as it does not play Scheoldred but it punishes draw and forces discard as well.

how would Vilis, broker of blood fare in legacy? if you cast reanimate on it, you just draw 8 due to templating on reanimate, and then it's removal later on, which is neat?

"You need a fourth cardtype" isn't quite accurate. The only time you're going to be activating Woddlands is to copy a permanent card in your graveyard, and copying a land doesn't accomplish anything here. So realistically, the fourth cardtype will be whatever the thing you need to copy - an enchantment or a creature. With that in mind, you could replace the Baubles with a card selection spell that can also put cards into your graveyard to enable Woodlands, like a Careful Study or some other looting spell.
