the switch up on paxton just to hate on the rich white boy is so funny cause you're so right, i would've prefered if she wasn't dating anyone in the end but if she were to end up with anyone at least make it paxton idk 😭 also about mindy kaling and writing her love intrests like that: she kind of has a weird thing with white jewish men, she's married to one and has made consistent weird comments so i think it's a mix of her idolizing white men a bit and also having some internalized racism (why the love interest is always allowed to put the MC down and make random comments about their culture etc.)

This show helped me alot back in 2021 with finding myself. And looking back, wow has this show aged incredibly. This show does such a good and realisticly harsh portrail of the toxic Scandinavian heteronormative frat boy culture. Being a gay teen in the so called "gay capitals" isn't so easy as people would assume.

This show was a journey to say the least! Lots of emotions, lots of corny writing amongst other things but it's certainly nothing if not entertaining. Watching you react to it has been such a blast and you & Christina never disappoint. Glad to know you never left the Ben hate train 😂

HEAVY on the “ethnic boys finish last” I def ship Paxton and Devi wayyy more. Not only did they look better together, but Paxton grew over time too. Paxton was the best option
