The 1507 version (Build 10240) is better, because you can personalize it without activating it. You can personalize it in the control panel without activating it. But in the settings, you can't personalize it. So, I would recommend that Build 10240 is better.

Really, the best speed test would be how quickly people abandon these operating systems: surely Windows 11 would win hands down.

For me windows 10 still better than 11. Because what i saw is there is nothing diffrent between windows 11 and 10. Maybe diffrent just the icon, taksbar, sound or anything. But for all that we always use, is still same like windows before

Been win7 user since... Forever and never been I got a virus. I even disable my windows defender and not using antivirus. Just surf wisely and don't download anything that's not from official site or community agreed sites. But alas, if I can upgrade my hardware I'll use win10 because some of the games that I play required win10 minimum :/
