Tons of "Chinese" sellers from long time back now were Americans accepting, money and having item shipped from giant Chinese companies and then stocking themselves sometimes from same companies to ship then having same companies send to Amazon to resell. Now the American middleman like, again presumably, OP are being cut out and costs usually lowered.

Temu is a data company, they use cheap crap to get you to install their app. The app then just harvests data.

huh? i use some of the same sellers on amazon as does temu. i get great stuff and flops from both shengen is yiur overseas american cpanies sanctioned and boycotted for going overseas to get cheap labor its all just fair competition we gave to allow it ftc

My mom bought some stuff off temu and i ran my lead test strips on them and they literally all hit for lead. one was a coffee maker! this is just want I want more of this garbage on amazon. I shop both Temu and Amazon. Not everything from temu is cheaper. And lot of times, the information from Temu is inaccurate incomplete, and even misleading. If possible, I would buy stuff from Amazon even stuff is little more expensive.

For cheap stuff I will take temu and literally anything else without exception then amazon. I'll take a russia or cartel or north Korea owned anything to the scum pos amazon as matter of principle

Walmart only cares about growing their greed and taking advantage of people IMO. Makes me glad I try to avoid Walmart or Amazon as much as possible.

I've bought stuff from US, Japan, Canada and China through eBay. I've to pay for customs, taxes and VERY POOR and sometimes RUDE customer service from US and Japanese sellers. Chinese sellers, are a lot better than US and Japanese sellers. I pay for what I buy. If it is a cheap item, it shows in the quality, but I also have bought very good quality items from China for a fraction of price for what I would have bought otherwise.
