As a consumer that receives email marketing, please no more than once a week. Itâs irritating. I just recently unsubscribed to 2 shops that I like because of the constant email marketing.
True. And it used to be a properly edited "Monthly Newsletter". It should remain that way. No need to send me AI produced automatic crap.
Good list segmenation will avoid annoying customers. I have over 50k customers sending them all the same email on the same time schedule will just lead to isps filtering out the email as junk. As an emailer you want high open and click thru rates in order to get away from spam filters.

Growing an e-mail list with Reels... I'm doing POD from outside of the U.S., while my customers are in the U.S. I can't afford to get samples to take nice little videos, and I don't pack orders myself. I'm probably not the most outgoing person to be recording themselves telling my brand story. I'm not sure how I can leverage Reels and TikToks to build an e-mail list. Any suggestions?
well you can use placeit to get models wearing your designs, its a start
you don't have to be on camera a 100% percent - you can do faceless things, maybe a camera strapped to your chest that shows you making things and has your voice but not your face? Also you can offer your customers something enticing either at a great discount or free products in return for their contact info: Example, "enter your chance to win a $100 to use on any product in store. "In reality, all leads can be winners or maybe the first 100 people or whatever your rules would be. But essentially, you're offering something in exchange for contact info. Steve I understand extolling the virtues of email marketing.....but when you're just a little guy & don't have an email list to start with then what? How do you build a substantial one and how long does that take?
EASY! I used to be a sales manager for a hotel and we used to run "win an almost free vacation " just worded more eloquently LOL You enter in your email, full name and phone number and you "could" win a 10 day cruise for only $250USD. Realistically, they were all winners and these leads were collected from the website or sometimes from public events like home shows or garden shows, etc. You'd be surprised how many people would fill out the ballots. They know it's not a 100% free vacay but are excited for getting a discount. So let's re-frame that for your business. Let's say you're selling Puppy Themed T-shirts or heck even "world best pizza." Offer something enticing like, "win" a free custom t-shirt - enter your contact to win!...or with pizza - same thing; win a party size pizza - enter your details - and we'll contact you "by the end of the month." All you really need is a place either online or in person that can collect customers data and some sort of enticing deal. I wish you and anyone reading this the best of luck and much success!

Iâm so confused, Etsy is apparently the demon child now. Shopify is apparently just as bad. I like making my own stuff to sell but everyone promotes design and getting someone else to make. Iâm a disabled veteran, I like making things in my time and Iâm good enough to sell them. But Etsy is off the wall. I donât want start a store and be shut down tomorrow. I have watched your videos. You promote a lot, but I havenât seen anything really for people who like to make and sell. CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME. IâLL TAKE ANY COURSE YOU HAVE. please Iâve been trying to do this for over 2 years. I have 10 3d printers, several ways to make T shirts. A laser. And I love to make rings. And Iâve been practicing for over 2 years so Iâm good at it. Iâm just not a great idea person. I've had 2 Etsy shops for going on 6 years now so I'm very familiar with how to work it, but yes, it's not the same as it was years ago. A few days I started working on a Shopify site but it hasn't been easy and the free trial was only 3 days and ends today. đ« I'm really itching to expand my current businesses or even start something new, and learning that you have all of this wonderful equipment with nothing to do with it really gets me excited because my idea involves 3D printers as well as an engraver for wood or acrylic. I'm not sure how we would be able to communicate with each other but I hope you at least see this.
