@AgosLive don’t let it put you off. Mine is not road legal and in 5 years of my surron ownership and 2 years with my talaria never had an issue. Having somewhere to store it is important. Cant be leaving it in a shed or outside. A secure garage or home is needed :)

Yes that is 100% legal. Walking the bike on the pavement is what you have to do :)

Good question but pathed paths like the pavement- no. You can push legally along them though provided you are pushing it by hand and not under its own power. Paths in the forest if not a council owned forest you are fine as long as they are not public foot paths.

Between one of the clips and the sprocket - so the front side facing the bike frame would be easiest but if you have the motor out for any reason you could also put it behind the sprocket :)

The sting R is considerably heavier and I believe a 9kw surron will be just a touch slower than mx4 at 11.5kw The nucular p24f is great on the mx4 and gets you to 11kw also with the bonus of the 2.5” lcd display. Ive raced a bypassed mx4 at 11kw vs tc500 38ah surron and was neck and neck but that extra 500w the torp gives would just edge it although the surron wins for top speed as the mx4 was still only getting to 55 vs 60 on the surron These sort of controllers are a great middle ground before upgrading then battery also :) hope this helps

@@stingyrogerr ah roger, didnt you mention it relating to 19" ? i do ride still 19" wonder what your best bet for that size is atm on the market, do you think the swap to 16 makes sense weightwise= ? im on stock power for my mx4 and kinda seek ways to lower overall weight of my rear wheel. any idea how much 16 saves with that mita on it?

@frankyknuckles666 the lightweight chinese tire 16” is lighter than mitas by a touch. We used to run stock power and a 16” rear. The benefits it gives over the stock setup outweigh the small straight line speed loss! The lightest wheelsets I ever had experience with are the V1 WGT wheels before he changed to a V2 style which have sm pro hubs. The v1 and chinese tire would only be a few grams more than a stock wheel if you use rimtape and set it up tubeless !

True although police don’t attend car thefts and robbery in the UK for hours after a call, unlikely for them to take tresspass from someone on an ebike seriously - but yes… i agree with you & you’d have to be stupid to become aggressive to someone when you’re using their land without permission - best thing to do at that point is leave as I said! The white bike has £140 floating and vented double layer hope v4 rotor on the front. The most expensive and cooling rotor on the market. You can’t get them for the rear. The green bike had a simple single layer non floating rotor. Lewis bike has the disadvantage 👍🏻

As I said in the video, kinda gotta be smart about it but yes, On a public place of course destroying grass would be a silly and punishable thing to do. But farm headlands are literally made for farm quads, gators and tractors they’re usually churned up as hell not to mention the horses using them and sinking hooves into it. You make a good point. Kinda gotta look at where you are riding and adjust to it based on your area. For me in my area and being a land owner I couldn’t prosecute based on some tire marks. Police won’t come out for a car theft robbery no way they will come out because someone says their grass has a tire mark in it. But I agree. Been around for 50+ years trespass as criminal offence just cant be passed because of the amount of footpaths through land in uk and grandfather rights. Cant be and won’t be plugged anytime soon. People been using this on their motocross bikes for decades :)
