Where did you get your wrap man?
Hey man, DM me on instagram @stingyrogerr !
2:22 since I put 400ml of oil in the motor I don't have water issues anymore on top of no more overheating. I commute everyday offroad, It's a pita to wash it everyday, I need to find a quick and easy way to clean and lube the chain as the stretch when it's dirty is amazing, it stretches from 1.5cm slack from the swing arm to as much as 4cm slack from the swingarm with only 50km ride. What wax do you recommend ? Should I wax everyday ?? Does the wax hold at least 250km muddy offroad if washed with a hose everyday ?
Yo! Thanks for watching!
If you wanna do that type of milage each day you should probably use an o-ring chain and use wax - should go approx 200km before needing re lubricant!
400ml of oil?? You mean in the gearbox? There is no oil in the motor? Im confused as to what you mean as they are separate parts!
The gearbox is water tight so adding oil to that shouldn’t help to keep water out of the motor!?
Cheers brother 🤘🏻💪🏼
@@stingyrogerr Yeah 400ml oil into the motor (I have a surron) , but don't forget to put a breather because when it heauts up the oil goes all the way up the phases cables, took me 1 hour to understand where the oil was coming from so high ^^ . Don't know if you know Schneid To, he does the oil in motor method, running 30kw doing 450 dirt bike races and able to win without overheating, we are a bunch here in france who have done the same without any issue so far, I always had my hall sensor fail because of moisture inside the motor. Just use a ATF oil with a high enough flash point, like 120-150 °c. Will try a o ring chain again then, I'm currently running a renthal X1, the first one holded very well, the second one I have now stretches like crazy but the first was in dry condition the second in muddy conditions. Thanks for replying
@surronzak8154 ah very interesting, so this doesnt affect the hall sensor? Having the oil wet it? I would have thought if the water could ruin it then oil would do the same maybe i’ll buy a second motor and test this!
@@stingyrogerr no, oil doesn't affect electronics as it isn't conductive like water, but it can become conductive if I remember under certain conditions, I have like 2000km on it with the oil in it without any issue, I think I will change the oil in summer to see how it is after some more km.
@surronzak8154 awesome, thanks for the heads up, I would guess I do approximately 3,500km per year on my talaria sting so this is very useful information. Thank you.
How much in cedis
is this the talaria mx3?
Yes sir
Bike looks well maintained LOL
🤣 got back from a ride a few hours before and was losing daylight 🤣
Mud starts rust. Should always keep your bike washed
