@@MecMod_Homeshop L'argento ha il vantaggio di fondere a temeperature più basse, quindi ti riallacci proprio al discorso sopra. Dopo che la lega si è fusa, portati intorno con la torcia per uniformare la temperatura, ma resta alla temperatura di fusione o leggermente sopra. Il rosso per l'appunto è solo dannoso in quel caso, bruci anche il flussante progettato per stare basso. Tieni a mente che nelle saldature sotto pressione, occorre far scorrere un gas inerte come l'argon nei tubi, diversamente si formano ossidi interni che portano a rotture. Su una cosa piccola potrebbe essere una gran seccatura, trovarle e ripararle. Semplicemente bombola e tubo da un lato, aperto dall'altro. L'argon sostituirà l'aria. Fermo restando questo punto, se usi l'argento il rame si scalderà molto meno, male non fa, ma ti servono leghe eccellenti e non sono economiche. Se non vuoi usare leghe d'argento MOLTO costose allora meglio una lega CUP8. Se saldi rame non serve neppure il flussante con queste leghe, solo pulizia accurata. Con leghe inferiori ci si saldano le unità inverter dei climatizzatori che lavorano a 45 bar, le locomotive a vapore (almeno quelle grandi) in genere lavorano intorno ai 20 bar. Dovrebbe reggere se fatto in questo modo e non dovresti avere rotture continue, se il lavoro è fatto bene

@@MecMod_Homeshop Italia, girata da nord a sud ormai. La saldatura a gas è valida in tante applicazioni. Li per esempio ti servirebbe un cannello gpl/ossigeno, quantomeno, sia piccolo che medio. Però è un discorso da affrontare con serietà. Il problema è che tra varianti, torce, procedure di sicurezza dei cannelli bigas, ecc ecc, ci sarebbe da parlare per 100 anni. Troppa gente fa enormi sciocchezze con i bigas lo vedo in molti video. Del tutto incosciente dei rischi che corre. Anche un piccolo cannello portatile con bombole da 1lt può fare enormi danni in caso di incidente

@@MecMod_Homeshop Oh I see. I buy Italian San Marzano tomatoes from Centos all the time. I learned to make traditional Italian sauce and spaghetti and so far, I've done really well against anyone who claims they make better spaghetti than me. I added one thing to the old recipe and it make the sauce explode with flavor. A small amount of cayenne pepper. Not enough to make it hot. But what the cayenne pepper does, it opens your taste buds so after you eat the sauce, the flavor of the sauce comes back and lingers and intensifies. I have tried growing San Marzano's here in the states but over 10 years, every season was a failure. San Marzano tomatoes are extremely difficult to grow anywhere but in Italy.

@@MecMod_Homeshop I fori servono per il fissaggio a pavimento OPPURE per piedini di livellamento. Il fissaggio con ancoraggio al pavimento non elimina il livellamento della macchina. Oggigiorno si mettono i piedini, che vanno benissimo se la macchina non è enorme. Oltretutto, fanno appoggiare il basamento sui tre punti di progetto e non dove capita.

Ciao Mauro, lo so per questo li ho messi, ma evidentemente la macchina in qualche miniera si squilibria, l’asse z ha una lunga corsa e pesa. Era uno dei unici grossi cambiamenti che avevo fatto da quando ho spostato la macchina, rimetterla a terra era un opzione e ha migliorato rispetto a prima, ma non e’ finita qua, devo agire su altre cose, non e’ ancora Okay.

Testa, prima era piu basso il piano, voglio alzare la testa per abbassare corsa colonna e farla lavorare dal basso. Lo trovo e ci provo, oggi e’ andata molto meglio, ma devo controllare tutti gli scorrimenti dell’asse Z, poi la temperatura in shop em alta e il motore si riscalda molto e epe so anche che questo contribuisce al problema di finitura, se la cosa persiste proverò a rimontare il tavolo di prima e riprovare su quello che aveva dato ottimi risultati, pensavo di migliorare ma in realtà ho fatto dei passi indietro difficili da comprendere, la soluzione e’ fare cari test

E si con l’inventiva e la pazienza si possono fare grandi cose, a volte pero’ ci sono momenti dove ti senti un po smarrito perché qualcosa non e’ andato esattamente come speravi, ma la realtà e che ti devi fermare e riflettere per trovare la strada la soluzione, sono processi lenti, anche queste fasi comportano pazienza, e tutto ciò e’ meccanica.

Il vecchio tavolo dove si appoggiava? Se il costruttore della macchina ha messo stucco e vernice su un diametro, evidentemente non lo riteneva una misura precisa.

It does have a somber tone. Really hard for me to listen to. I do like your work in the shop though. You have a lot of talent and I appreciate someone who takes their craft seriously as you do.
