- Today finally I will complete the main machining of the new cast iron grinder table, or at least ger very near. I finish to make all the holes and I make the T Nut Grooves. I move to the surface grinder and I found that the circular recess is to small and need to retrofit in order to make the final assembling for next video.

Oggi finalmente completerò la lavorazione principale del nuovo tavolo della rettifica tangenziale in ghisa, o almeno ci andrò molto vicino. Finiremo di fare tutti i fori e realizzo le scanalature dei dadi a T.
Ho montato in nuovo tavolo di ghisa sulla rettifica tangenziale e ho scoperto che l'incavo circolare è troppo piccolo e dovrò modificarlo allargandolo per poter effettuare l'assemblaggio finale ma questo sara’ il contenuto del prossimo video.

@@lucioattolini9597 al momento no, come hai visto e’ a questo livello di avanzamento dei lavori troppo preciso, le spalle della circonferenza sul piano della rettifica non sono a 90 gradi ma hanno stucco e vernice, non avevo considerato questa cosa 😨

Il vecchio tavolo dove si appoggiava? Se il costruttore della macchina ha messo stucco e vernice su un diametro, evidentemente non lo riteneva una misura precisa.

Excellent workmanship. Nice shop too. The music, not so nice. I'm not sure why you chose that music but it is extremely dysregulating and dooming depressing. A much more upbeat music selection would be nice or no music at all because I can assure you, if I have to listen to this music, Ill just unsubscribe from your channel and be done.
@@jrpo6379 sorry for the music that you don’t like, I love e rock, the real but I like also classic music and Piano, I choose those music to give a relax ambient, the video are long, next time I will remember your comment and I will try to use different one, what kind of music I should use? Please advice, and if I can find in the editing program I will use
@@MecMod_Homeshop Just not depressing. Classical is fine but make it upbeat. Thats all Im saying. I used to play piano and now Im on guitar. I get it. The music on this video was not relaxing at all. It does have a somber tone. Really hard for me to listen to. I do like your work in the shop though. You have a lot of talent and I appreciate someone who takes their craft seriously as you do.
@jrpo6379 I will do my best to not choose that kind of music again, thanks, now I’m little scared to disappoint the expectation, I will do my best, for this video is gone I can’t change
I have other two video with that music 😕, but are video in Italian language that will be release in August, during my vacation time, but will be in Italian and are practically come of some video that I edit in English, so please be patient for that two extra videos.
