Rapid "adaptation" not evolution. Evolution would involve a "new" traite like wings. Adaptation is a change of something already there like melanin. Evidence of evolution has never been found it is only a "theory".

One of the things I have noticed is when I simply think about where to throw, without thinking too much of my arm placement. I can like 85% of the time hit the correct target that I'm thinking at the time. Like if I want to throw a ball into a bucket, I'm able to hit it even without thinking about the throwing itself too much and mostly just thinking about the area I want to throw the object on. Now watching this, it makes a lot of sense.
