I recently completed my Around the World Outdoor Cook Challenge, where I cooked a dish from every country in the world, all cooked outdoors over fire within a year

BBQ Kebabs on the Thuros T2 Grill | Chicken & Lamb Skewers
I've been having a play with the new Thuros T2 grill and I love it already. I'm already a fan of the T1 so it was inevitable that I'd like the T2. It has 50% more cooking space and is perfect for sitting on your table while you enjoy a beverage and knock up some tasty food! In this video, I knock up some very quick and simply kebabs using the skewer attachment. Simple, effective and I dont even need to move from my chair. All while having a couple of cold bevvies - perfect!

You are not getting much smoke in to pork if you have your kamado at 170C. Need it way way lower.

This is on a whole other level. Only those who have really mastered their culinary skills will know what this is all about. With the added bonus of being cooked on a open fire whilst being smoked infused. This is Goat Curry at it's finest. In Jamaica 🇯🇲 when Curry Goat is cooked using pimento berries and pimento wood for the log fire, words cannot express how truly great it is. Infact all over the Caribbean they have their own methods of preparation and cooking that brings outstanding results. Goat curry originated from the mother land India 🇮🇳, other than the originators 🇮🇳 the best Interpretations of this dish can be found in places such as Guyana 🇬🇾, Trinidad and Tobago 🇹🇹, where you'll find a fusion of Diasporan (African) and Indian influences.

Nah bruh...thats some tyoe of goat stew....its not curry goat or goat curry...no Guyanese , Trini or Jamaican would claim this but im sure it taste good...just give it another name. Maybe Goat cha cha cha!!!
