- Ever had a moink? These are a great starter at any BBQ - beef wrapped in bacon and finished with BBQ sauce. What's not to like? I've taken these ones up a notch with the inclusion of melty cheese in the middle. They absolutely fly and won't hang around long with your guests!

I've just made my first moink balls and your video was the first I clicked on and I can't believe you're a fellow Elk! Amazing.
Your videos are great. Other channels (one in particular) takes forever to do anything. Your’s are quick and to the point, so well done on that. I’ve been rotisserieing joints more or less every week since September ‘21, when I got the KJ III C. It really is a superb piece of kit. Once the spring/summer comes, I’ll be trying a lot of your recipes. The rotisserie (I can’t bring myself to use the corny name) is a must have accessory. Traditional roasts dinners have never been the same after getting the KJ. Thanks for your excellent content and I hope Pompey do well this season.

Haha was wondering if someone might comment! Was a deliberate mistake. I decided to do them without cocktail sticks through laziness and time so I said I didn't have any. Didn't realise they were in the footage!
