My recipe is
2 lbs ground beef
1lb italian sausage
2 egg yolks
2/3 cup buttermilk
2 tsp pepper
2 tsp salt
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp cayenne
2 tsp basil
2 tsp oregano
1/4 cup parsley
1/2 cup parmasan, asiago, and romano mixed
1 cup of bread crumb (or 4 slices of bread in the food processor)

I have my own recipe for meatballs its put 1 lb of ground beef in a bowl with diced carrots 1/4 tbsp of salt and pepper with 1 tbsp of olive oli then mix it all up the put on foil. Then make a little hole in the meatball to put in any cheese then form into a ball. Then bake for 25 to 30 mins on 350 heat.
Rate me or try this for your self and tell me if anyone else uses this recipe because i came in my mind and i dont want to steel
