Great video. It really makes sense to ask the question Q: Do you need the OLED? As the differences are so small, especially where it matters. This machine s about battery life - That's it. I have an SP9 and have NEVER complained about the screen. In fact it has always been amazing. At 13inchers - what am I doing spending $500 on a "better" screen when I am not feeling like I am missing something on the SP9. If the screen was leaps and bounds better and a high end OLED - that might be different but with a difference that is this close - I am wondering what would make me NOT chose the IPS screen. That $500 would be used for the keyboard or something else like an SSD. Lookingforward to more insights as you continue to test in your 30 days.

Once you attach that gigantic lens to the A7CR, any weight savings would be nullified.

Hi I’m still using this excellent camera today and I still very happy with it, had it 10yrs and no problems anywhere…..10yrs guys problem free. Just used at the royal international air show 2024 brilliant photos and videos. Thanks sony

2 years later and its still a banger

i am facing the same problem with my fold 3. Again the large inner screen stated freezing but 2 days ago it turned dark. The speakers stopped working. Right now i am managing the smaller outer screen since i do not have money to buy a new phone. I am also using a wireless headphone to answer my calls. This phone is making my go mad especially as i cannot even afford a new phone as at now and i do not even know when i will be able to afford another phone

I had a similar problem with my phone case I solved the problem by wrapping a thin layer of transparent insulation tape

I love my a6700! The image quality of this camera is amazing! I am blown away by the image quality paired with some recent compact FE G lens.

So I kinda found a fix but it's not great. The issue at least for me happens when you fold your phone and while it's folded. I'm guessing something with the antenna. Reset your bluetooth and wifi setting and do a forced turn off on your phone (press volume and power button for 11 seconds or so) WHILE YOUR PHONE IS UNFLODED (OPEN). This will allow you to use both your wifi and bluetooth. Unfortunately once you fold your phone it all goes away and you would have to do the steps again. I called my carrier and getting a replacement tomorrow. Hope this helps

Does the video on the right have HDR turned on, its hard to read the label, but it looks like it does? You said at 5:38 you said you disabled HDR on both.

I am low on space on my Seagate 2tb and I thought about getting an upgrade. I’m glad that I came across this video and it really helped me out on making my decision of purchasing the WD 18tb. I decided on buying two WD 18tb at Best Buy while they’re on sale, so that way I can use one for my main and the other one for backup just in case if one of them fails. I went to Best Buy this weekend. I was unimpressed with the Surface Pro OLED display. The screen door effect was noticeable when viewing web sites on Edge. Wouldn't spend 400-500 dollars more for a worse viewing experience.

Quick note; if you’re using with a Sony compatible camera that has a digital MI shoe, there’s no need to charge the receiver as it’ll use the cameras power. So if you’re in a pinch you can get through it

I concur wholeheartedly. I purchased the Lenovo Slim and was astounded by its exceptional battery life and high performance. Regrettably, I had to return the device due to compatibility issues with my Epson scanner driver and software, as well as other essential software. Consequently, I have decided to defer my purchase for a few months in anticipation of broader software and driver availability for ARM-based processors.

Some early reviews on Reddit have mentioned the s11 oled having issues along with a decrease of an hour+ of battery life and the snapdragon X elite issues makes the cheaper surface a winner.

The crazy thing is the Lenovo 5i idea pad is basically a surface pro clone that comes with the keyboard and you can get that entire thing for less than just the keyboard here. It's not the most powerful machine. I think it's a 12 gen i3 but still ... When you're talking about ultra books or tablets like this, they're never really going to be crazy performance. It was like $500, $600 MSRP, but now that it's a couple years old, you can find it at best buy sometimes on clearance for $250.

How to reset that keyboard

I'm going to add to this real quick because nobody explains it fully... the Sony A7rii actually does much more than 5fps. uncompressed raws shoot 5fps yes... BUT COMPRESSED raws shoots like almost 17+ and yes compressed raws you still obtain detail information to edit so perfect for sports shooting without shooting jpegs. Jpegs mind as well say all day long. Next, I never experience overheating with mine and i have my 30min cap off. Move your screen away from the backing and you should be fine. If you're shooting video, manual should be what you use anyways but I too use af for quick focus but i hit the button to turn it to manual. Don't sleep on the Sony A7r II, it's a beast of a camera and if you hybrid shoot, you can get some hella details and i mean FX3 details. Lastly, gimbal for the Rii is equal to needing it for the other one as well. The stabilization is good to a point but a gimbal will correct a lot of defects. Using a good glass lens with it will do even greater. Sony A7R Mark II is beast in my book and I love mine. i MIGHT get the RIV but i can handle the Riii too

Your screens aren't calibrated or something. The dark areas on that particular demo you say aren't rendered, show up perfectly fine on my OLED screen. Color accuracy and gamut is also superior on OLED as are the viewing angles.
