Works like a charm. I also pulled some metal posts and used vice grips to prevent the chain from slipping. And now an associate at Tractor Supply knows what a farm jack is.

I was coping just fine, until I tried coping. Then not so much.

My baseboard profile is 1/2"x3" rectangle and was thinking of butting the baseboard pieces together without making any 45 degree cuts. I feel like this would look fine as long as the joints are fairly tight. Does anyone disagree?

Dude your diagonal cross piece is going the wrong direction. The top should be at the side where the gate opens and the bottom at the hinge side. Otherwise good job!

Just started my handyman business and i came here for a refresher on the direction of the gate supports. Great Video! i love the bit on the end telling people that they can work for themselves. too many people are stuck getting yelled at by a boss every day when you can support yourself just fine helping people out!

What about the concrete? This only works if the post aren’t set in concrete. Why would a post not be set in concrete?

When should you apply sealer ? How many days after putting fresh grout ?

You don’t use your level to level the gravel, it bends your level. Rip a piece of ply, or find a straight 2x4. Unless you’re a concrete guy, those guys don’t give a f😂

Need advice! I have this awful santa fe decorative gravel up to my porch. Im trying to do a flagstone pathway. Can you give me advice. Should i try to dig up and move the gravel before i start or can it be my gravel 2 base and build from there. Trying to save time and still do it right. Thanks.
