How to Create Boundaries in the Home with your Puppy
🐾Trying to have guests over but your puppy keeps jumping and biting? We have ALL been there. ⬇️
❗️See my tips for guests at the end!
Nearly all puppies need to learn this because they don’t naturally sit and relax. They are excited and show that excitement with behaviors we find undesirable, like jumping and biting. This behavior is NORMAL for puppies, and punishing them will make the behavior worse.
⚡️First things first, remember to meet your puppies needs! Include mental and physical exercise. Spend that one on one time training and playing before asking them to relax with you. If their needs aren’t met, behaviors like biting, jumping, and barking can develop because they lack a positive or constructive outlet.
⚡️ Not giving your puppy attention when they jump or bite you, teaches them that these behaviors don’t get them rewarded.
⚡️ If you say “no” “off” or push them, they will find this rewarding or frustrating and continue the behavior in the long run.
Be proactive and set some time aside to practice asking your puppy to sit and lay down by you. Set them up for success and you will find success.

So fuck with the dogs emotions. Yup. Perfect advice from some kid. Go back to school. Training dogs isn’t for you.
and some other concerns are fish hooks, hot pavement, carcinogenic road chemiclas, also some lawns esp golf courses are heavily saturated with chemicals. Also some worms can get in the body through feet such as hook worms. 🐾🐾

I just rescued a havanese mix 8 months and when I tell u she goes crazy when I leave it's an understatement. When I come home she's completely covered in saliva from excessive drooling. She works herself up to the point she overheats. She flips her water and food bowls and destroys anything left in her cage. And he cage is big enough for a pitbull to stand up and move around. Idk what else to do I'm getting a correction collar because I got a complaint from my neighbors about the barking and crying. Idk what else to do but I'm starting to consider returning her back to the shelter.
Hey! For a dog who’s not a puppy or new to the owner, do you suggest using new terms entirely? For example, if my dog is laying on me and I need up I say “let’s get up.” Would this be a good release command for DPT training, or do we want to use a new one?

I am needing your help. We have a 12 week puppy that defecates or urinates when left alone even though we’re in the same house. He doesn’t stop barking until he sees someone in front of him. He can’t stay in the crate too long or he urinates. He has separation anxiety to the max. We need help.

Please give me tips! My dog has way more sever and intense😢! He cry’s, he howls, barks, and he scratches his way in the wall causing a big hole in our house! I feel bad and understand him but this keeps going on and off he literally pulled off our cur-tin off and he has saliva on the door and scratches on it😭

Hey people don't waste your time on this short. Keep looking for another video than can actually provide you advice and is free. You just gotta keep looking for them.
My new pup has really bad seperation anxiety and gets out of the kennel, she doesnt chew on stuff but she squeels like a pig getting shot as soon as shes left alone or if she cant get on the same level as me like if im sitting in a chair, shes only 9 weeks old and i got her a few days ago so i assume this behavior is somehwat normal for a pup that just left her mom?
We are in the almost exact same situation. What did you do?
@emilgabl9069 the issue was anytime she would squeal or anything in her kennel I'd let her out and cuddle up with her, I read you shouldnt take them out until they stop squealing with you in the room and then move onto you being out of the room and not letting them out until they're calm It worked for me after 2 days she does fine in her kennel and will just fall asleep
I love this so much and 😉 I love his beautiful snuffle mat. Oh yes! and these are great ways for a dogs mental enrichment! 👍
