I think they should've done both 2d and 3d animations,that way your not killing off traditional,there is nothing wrong with both and it's dumb companies were like oh just kill it off for the new animations in reality we could've kept old and new all this time,but nah tv companies are like kill it off when there was never no need to kill off an animation style,this is why I hate live action,I'm afraid it's killing off animation cause it's getting way too much attention

I feel like The chameleon was a combination of the villans from 2 and 3, she had a group henchman(lizards instead of wolves) to make metal things, cages instead of cannons. Quick note on that, the wolf henchman actually have a small arch where he refuses to obey Shen's order to fire but in this one none of the henchmen stand out. She wanted to take over the world, which isn't a new concept. A mirror of Shen but not as good(like shen she doesn't know kung fu), then to do so she takes("uses") the kung fu from other masters, like the villan from movie 3. That villan(who also wanted to take over the world/china) used their chi, basically using them and their abilities from the other kung fu masters through a green stone form of them. Another point, in the third movie that dad's find each other and learn they can work together and then join together to find/help po against Kai by joining with the other panda's to fight against the villan, with Tigress of course. In this one they join together to find po to "help" him, I guess. They don't do much, other than trying to be comic and they go with the fox to join together a group of animals(thiefs in this case instead of pandas) to help po, and they dont even fight they just sit and try and be comedic. Which most of the jokes didn't land for me. And The chameleon to me isn't compelling, her goal isn't new and she has no compelling back story, almost seemed like a carbon copy of Shen. She seemed like combo or 2 previous villans just not done as deeply. I mean her idea of changing into any animal is cool but to use it to use other kung fu abilities seems similar in concept to kai using master abilities in the 3rd movie just in a different way. Also, the movie felt rushed, it didn't really have alot of action and the character development, which was very little seemed rushed. Also po just barely became the dragon warrior in the last movie why does suddenly have to change, even so i think Tigress of one of the Five would've been a better choice. Having some sort of ending arch for the Five would have been cool. Last two points, there wasn't much Kung Fufor a kung fu panda movieand the end fight against the villan was Underwhelming and end so quickI was like, "That was it". Becauseof the pacing the character development felt rushed. Po didn't spend much time with the fox and didn't seem like a good fit. The only semi interesting part is where the fox turned out to work for the chameleon. But then 5 minutes later becomes good because she friended po after like what a week and felt bad. I feel like her character could have been better. Overall, I wasn't impressed and felt underwhelmed. I felt like i couldn't get into the movie because none of the characters stood out and the pacing felt rushed so near the end I was like, nothing much has happened yet and we're at the final fight already. And I could pick things out from a mile away because it basically was a combo of the last two movies plot and villan wise, with just some slight changes. This is just my opinion, you can agree or not, that's okay everyone can have their own opinion.

I think its kinda cool that the cars are alive cause in our world they're NOT they're just ordinary cars made by people.The part where you mentioned they start out small and need new bodies to grow into adult cars kinda made me think of a similar thing from this movie called Robots in that movie the robots start as babies but over time they needed to get big boy/big girl parts as they were growing up.I guess vehicles and robots are a LOT alike!
