ive had this discussion many times, but I personally believe the beauty of pho is that the stock broth and how its made is fairly consistent, which is why I believe Pho has a high floor. It's REALLY hard to get a bad bowl of Pho because of it, and when you compare it to other noodle dishes, the worst pho tends to be significantly higher than say, the worst bowl of ramen you have (which goodness scale is extremely wild)

Only when you call someone as "anh" for older brother or chi. for older sister then you could refer yourself as "em" which is younger than the person your talking to. In this video, you called the owner as "co^" then you should refer yourself as "con" or "chau'".
