Max, your Vietnamese has improved 10 fold and so cute with the Southern accent while Christ has a pure Northern accent.
There is one important ingredient that Vietnamese people use in their dishes, LOVE. The way that they make u feel like family is incredible. It’s impossible to feel loneliness in a country soaked in love and care.

I want to tell a sad memory when I went to "Hà lội" for a holiday during Tet and also gave 100k as a lucky money to a security guard. The guard didn't even say thank you, just nodded and opened it right away, then made a facial expression like 'Is this all?' That was the impression when I first went to "Hà lội" for a holiday during Tet."

Mì Quảng có 1 tiệm rất ngon ở khu bờ kè Nguyễn Bỉnh Khiêm, Quận 1 (gần vòng xoay) ấy bạn Max. Mình ăn từ hồi bé xíu tới giờ. Thịt viên với cua ăn chung Mì Quảng ngon lắm.

Happy New Year, Max! Thank you for bringing me back to my childhood's favorite food- the steamed bread. We used to use our left-over breads to make this dish for breakfasts. It is really a very good and creative way to make a brand-new dish (other than banh mi sandwiches ) that many people enjoy.

Greetings from Canada, Max...did you take extra courses in the language or just by living there being immersed you learned to be fluent? But then living there for 3 to 4 years of course you can easily pick up many words, and read the words too, good for you and we love your content/videos and your generosity to all the people you gave businesses to.
