She wanted not only penthouse 3 she lived in but also the penthouse that Josh & Rocky lived in & penthouse 5 that she used as her closet. And had to nerve to demand that Johnny continue to maintenance & pay any other charges associated with those properties. Essentially they would be set for life with a place to stay paid for & would never even have to pay property tax. I just envision the picture of all three of them outside Amber’s lawyer’s offices on May 28th. They really thought they were going to get away with it. Nice to see karma is making its rounds now.

But Drew’s testimony went against her slightly so you can’t really say that. Plus Io’s story had never changed since the last time he was asked about the incident that happened when he was on the phone to her . If the story doesn’t change then more likely to be true actually. Also they are her witnesses and you’ve seen the same with Johnnys witnesses siding with him.
Of "the mountains of evidence" we've been shown, most of the photos throughout this whole case has been the clothes wracks knocked over.
The security guy testified to Johnny rearranging her wardrobe but the final result was some feat with one hand !
Can't help thinking Amber and her goblins were very busy before they got the camera out.
Funny how the wine bottle on the floor photo turns up twice, the very same photo yet two separate terrible occasions. Maybe IO can keep his own lies straight but the others are struggling.

He is claiming that he pointed out the broken glass to the police officers. The officers testified that they did not see any disturbances...
It was his house so why shouldn't he be allowed to write on cabinets walls floors or anywhere if he wanted?
Most probably they staged it on their own after Johnny left with his bodyguard out of the house. The police officer said that he conducted a thorough search of the entire property to ensure there was no one else hiding to ensure safety of Amber and her freeloaders, and he reported no damage or aftermath to the property.
The footage shows there was no damage but his testimony was taken before the footage was released so nobody will believe his testimony

Something is not right here. I’m very certain that if all three/four police ignored any signs of domestic violence either in the penthouses and/or involving Amber and didn’t report it, they’d lose their jobs. There is no way they would jeopardize their careers. Not buying these lies!
Also he forgot to mention a key detail. That the police officers said that Amber was uncooperative during their investigation and had no injuries. Following their investigation they found no proof of domestic violence, the properties were intact, no sign of struggle inside the property to indicate that a violent incident took place and no physical evidence that proves bodily harm on her and had to leave.
Don't forget that one cop had photos or a body cam on.

At 59:45 he completely lied. The bodycam footage and officer’s testimonies contradict his whole statement that the cops said “there’s damage and her face is red. If she wants to file a report, we have enough to pick him up”. Total fabrication. He needs to be charged with perjury.
If he was so worried something terrible happened after walking in and seeing the writing on the table then why would he listen to Rocky and just leave and go home while she goes and checks? Amber brought all these leaches around to live off of Johnny's money. I do believe alot of their testimonies is them recanting what was told to them by Amber! I'm not sure they believe they are lying... there is not alot of witnessing actual stuff being broken and by whom with specificity!

All the support for Johnny's sobriety consisted of Amber drinking his wine around him every night and doing drugs on and off. And Amber's sister that moved into the penthouses just testified, that she was hardly ever sober and did drugs with Johnny. If my wife was acting like that I would be doing worse too - not better!!!!

What I have noticed today, and it’s super important is none of her old friends are still friends with her today, that says something about her character. The crew member who is taking Depp to court said he was asked to sign one and drop the case. Joe Mandel, his business manager of 30 years, said in his signed statement to the court that it was Depp's modus operandi. Nobody stands up to him. He sues them (his previous lawyer, his business manager) but then takes no responsibility for himself (sued by his lawyer for not paying him for helping sue his older lawyer, sued by 2 security guards for doing demeaning things like cleaning vomit off his face and not getting payments, sued by crew member for punching him twice). It would not be a stretch.

Why didn’t they take photos of him actually doing this? This case still continues with no proofs only he said she said Amber said Amber told me. It’s frustrating.
Because they thought they could get away with it cause he’s a vulnerable man. She came out with accusations at a time where people were coming forward with being assaulted or violated. It just made her look more believable.

Personally, as someone who has cut herself in the past according Amber’s psychologist it just seems to me that she could easily have inflicted the wounds on herself. Her friends could easily have assumed the wounds were from Johnny if this is what Amber told them.

Though she doesn't cut, if she feels abandoned by me (and that could be just not responding to txts right away) she has slapped herself, usually out of frustration. But then ten minutes later her reality sinks in and she realizes I was just at work. Not all BPD are the same, but it seems (from my personal experience with BPD) that's what could be happening.
The way Rocky looks to the side and takes the longest time to answer a simple question, really makes me think that someone is giving her the answers. I mean, we know there was a guy there that was talking to her because we can hear him and see him. Was that a lawyer giving her the answers? What a joke! As if any of her friends were credible anyway. They were all in on this setup.
Johnny told all Amber's hanger-ons to get out of his penthouses after the last fight, so instead they help Amber change the locks ( WITHOUT getting the legal right to do so) and then they concocted the story so they could have blackmail material against Johnny. Amber at first wanted all 5 penthouses, a large alimony etc. After they committed perjury testifying for the Sun, they have no choice but to keep lying now.

Also he forgot to mention a key detail. That the police officers reported that Amber was uncooperative during their investigation and she had no injuries. Following their investigation they found no proof of domestic violence, the properties were intact, no sign of struggle inside the property to indicate that a violent incident took place and no physical evidence that proves bodily harm on her and had to leave. I'm surprised he didn't mention this.
