  • You are worthy of love. And, you are worthy of loving yourself. This means having forgiveness for yourself - and taking care of yourself first. This will, in turn, result in a deeper care for others. This guided mindfulness meditation will focus on these ideas. Let the ambient music and my relaxing voice allow you to find calm and peace, free from anxiety - whether listening in the morning, before sleep, or any free moment during the day.
    Meditation is becoming a global movement! I love creating and sharing these free online meditation sessions with you. I hope that they help you to find peace and comfort in these challenging times. I am especially glad to share this session with you. It is very meaningful to me, and I hope it brings you deep transcendent healing.

    This is the first time I have ever listened to anything like this . At the end of the video as my body felt like it was floating in the air I repeated the words he said to repeat and I started crying tears of joy first time in my life ( 33 years old ) I realized what self love is

      I just read your message,and I used to do this meditation years ago , it got me through so much, but now find myself back in this place,where I badly need to help myself.......but like you I was crying when saying the words 'i forgive myself,I am worthy of love' , this is something we should feel,without thinking about it.......😢

      It’s okay to cry and feel emotional. It’s what makes you human. Think of it as a way of cleansing your heart from all the negative feelings and experiences you’ve had. Your tears are very beautiful. Don’t EVER feel ashamed or be afraid to cry and show vulnerability because THAT’S what makes u a very beautiful person in your heart and it takes A LOT of courage and strength to show vulnerability and open their hearts and souls out. I know it’s not easy to do so but you ARE doing a great job at taking the time to love yourself and that’s very important. You have such a VERY big and beautiful heart full of love inside already. Don’t EVER let anyone take that self love away from you because you truly deserved it.
      Be kind, be gentle and be patient with yourself and one day, you’ll find love and happiness someday down the road.       Some people are ‘bullies’ and will always look for an opportunity to put down someone who appears ‘weaker’ because of their depth, sensitivity and brilliance. Be strong, stay out of other peoples heads and cherish who you are in spite of them. They don’t know you and probably never will because they are too full of themselves to see anyone else’s worth.

    I started crying while saying the mantras. I never know it was this hard for me to accept love into my life. My heart chakra must have been blocked.

    You have a very soothing voice. Suggestion: I accept love instead of I "will" accept love. It's a small detail but I don't want to ask for something in the future. I'm asking for and living it in the now. Thank you for your generosity in sharing this meditation.

    This was my first time meditating especially when dealing with my anxiety. At the end of this video and I opened my eyes… the feeling I had was like no other feeling I’ve ever felt before.     So soothing. I’d love a long special anti anxiety guided relaxation during this crazy time. But I wish these were a bit longer. It ends as I’m finally calming down. Maybe a special long one could be made for those of us suffering a bit more please? Love them and his voice.

      @@mismlg1993 I’m very glad that my kind words really made u feel better. If it makes u feel any better, I too have been feeling incredibly lonely and unwanted lately since most of my friends have moved on with their lives from either having kids or just moving away so as an autistic woman, I’ve been really struggling to make new friends. Not because I’m anti social but it’s because I’ve been struggling to find any friends. I make acquaintances and sometimes get a chance to make long conversations with other people on the bus or in public but yet, my mom still keeps pushing me and pushing me to make friends. Don’t get me wrong, I know she means well but she just doesn’t get that making friends as an adult is NOT a very easy thing to do for everyone not just for autistic adults. What’s really holding me back is just the fear that if I do make friends with that person or more that turns into a deeper and more meaning friendship/ romantic relationship, it all goes great but then fate intervenes and causes that relationship to abruptly end, leaving me feel abandoned and forgotten about like their friendship with me meant nothing to them. So it’s basically the fear of rejection, misunderstandings, abandonment and feelings of betrayal and losing trust is what’s truly holding me back. I really do want to make friends deep down but I’m just afraid of getting my heart broken again.

    This one hit deep and made me realise a lot of stuff I'd been burying, why I lacked self-love and sabotaged myself at many stages of my life. I feel like I never want to talk negatively to myself again after this. I'll definitely be coming back to this one.

    I looked for a shorter meditation and yours popped up. I lost my Partner a month ago and I've not been kind on myself when I don't let it all out or when I want to share how much I miss him, I feel it's annoying everyone.
    I mean insanity. The smart part of me went somewhere else and I know I'm being hurtful to myself about it.
    This helped. I allowed myself to cry and felt in a genuine safe spot. Thank you.

    Oh my days! This is truly amazing! How can I ever find the words good enough with which to thank you except "thank you"! The world just gets crazier and crazier, full of turmoil, anxiety and restlessness. How do we ever find peace amidst the raging storm? I hug my beloved daughter, I cuddle the kitty, I listen to music .... and I come here and find that for which I so long ... and I am at peace and the tension eases and my heart rate slows and the tears flow because ... I am at peace! You are a wonderful human being and you are amazing!! Thank you and God bless you for helping me stay together when I am on the point of falling apart! What a beautiful gift you are to so many!

      I can’t imagine the struggles you’re facing now but I wanted to let u know that you’re doing the BEST job at loving yourself. I’m so happy that you’re loving yourself and finder your inner peace. It’s perfectly okay to cry. It’s what makes u human. That means you’re cleansing your heart from all the negativity and pain and replacing it with love, happiness and self compassion. Keep on loving yourself and NEVER give up hope. You have such a very big, beautiful heart full of love and it’s a very special gift to have. Remember that you ARE loved. You ARE worthy and you ARE good enough!!!!       @@clare2106 I’m soooo very very sorry to hear about the loss of your beautiful daughter. It must have been extremely difficult for u. I cannot imagine losing a child to leukaemia. Have courage, my friend. Your poor little broken your broken heart will soon mend but let only time will mend it together. Your heart may still be very wounded and very broken but it isn’t gone. If it was really gone, you wouldn’t be this nice. Give your heart all the self love and self compassion it truly needs for it to fully heal. Your big, beautiful and loving heart is truly a very special gift from God. It may hurt and break very easily but it STILL keeps on beating stronger and harder. Why? Because your heart is a lot stronger and fully capable of overcoming very painful hardships, sadness and adversity than we give it credit for. The next time u feel unworthy, depressed, unloved, etc, close your eyes, place both your hands over your heart, feel it beating inside u, listen to what it needs and what it’s trying to tell u and try to think about all the people who loved and cared about u and all the happy memories you’ve had with each and every one of them. Take the time to fully connect with your big and beautiful heart and fill it with soooo much love. I am very happy to hear that I’ve touched your heart. I’m on the autism spectrum and it really truly means a lot to me to know that I’m truly helping people like u and making a difference in their lives by healing their broken hearts and filling their hearts with nothing but love and hope.       I know what u mean. I’m on the autism spectrum and I get really bad anxiety sometimes when I’m feeling stressed, frustrated, overwhelmed or even scared and I just can’t help but cry uncontrollably. I can’t help but cry when I beat myself up. If I get overstimulated by certain loud noises such as crying babies or if I start to think about the painful and sad hard times of the past or the thought of getting laid off again for the fourth time, it sends me into an anxiety attack and then I start beating myself up over making past mistakes so much that I start sobbing and crying uncontrollably.

Think of it as a way of cleansing your heart from all the negative feelings and experiences you’ve had. Your tears are very beautiful. Don’t EVER feel ashamed or be afraid to cry and show vulnerability because THAT’S what makes u a very beautiful person in your heart and it takes A LOT of courage and strength to show vulnerability and open their hearts and souls out. I know it’s not easy to do so but you ARE doing a great job at taking the time to love yourself and that’s very important. You have such a VERY big and beautiful heart full of love inside already. Don’t EVER let anyone take that self love away from you because you truly deserved it.
      I may not understand what you’re going through but I do acknowledge how painful and emotionally difficult it all must be for u. Take your time on healing that broken heart of yours because even though it’s broken and hurting right now, it’s still beating inside u and that there’s still love in your heart.
