    Meditation has been linked to larger amounts of gray matter in the hippocampus and frontal areas of the brain. I didn't know what this meant at first, but it turns out it's pretty great. More gray matter can lead to more positive emotions, longer-lasting emotional stability and heightened focus during daily life👍

    As always it’s wonderful to hear another meditation from you❤️🙂
    Not so long ago you kindly responded to one of my replies inviting suggestions on meditation topics.
    As we’ve all stuck on something of a gloom loop at the moment can you perhaps consider a meditation on releasing the tension we are carrying in our minds and bodies and holding firm with the positive. Including some of your fab mantras will be great.
