Sometimes, if we are going through sadness, pain, fear, anxiety, depression... whatever it may be... we can so easily feel that we are going through it alone. This video and session is a reminder that there are people who understand you. Whatever you are feeling is ok. You are a strong and powerful person, but sometimes it takes time to weather the storm. This video is for hope and healing. This video is for light and love. this video is for reaching deeply into your mind and body for a sense of calm and relaxation.     While I was at school, my mom cleaned my room, which I am grateful for ,but she threw away lots of things that I use everyday and are not trash. When I realised I became really angry, I was crying and pressing my nails against my skin, this helped me calm down. I still want to scream and punch but I am much calmer now, thank you.

    I always enjoy a river imagery. However, you do not really need to announce "Now we begin the affirmations", or don't need to announce " This ends our affirmations" that's redundant.

    I’ve felt isolated and depressed on and off my entire life especially around my family. I’m not connected to them anymore due to abuse and many reasons. Last year I went into deep depression after the loss of my dog. I started my healing/ spiritual journey. I was feeling good most of this month May 2024 but not having family or friends is difficult and for some reason it really hit me today. I feel that most of the ppl around me are on very different paths and don’t understand me. I sound crazy explaining my spiritual journey to them so I isolate. Thank you for this meditation and for all these comments. I don’t feel so alone now. 🙏🧘‍♀️💞🙌
