    The workstation type automatic assembly line matches the double speed chain transportation and perfectly unifies the motor rotor, the motor stator and the motor assembly assembly, which make the production spot more regular and greatly reduce the manual pay intensity by the work pay.The new energy motor assembly line is an efficient automatic pipeline which adopts the auxiliary balance structure and the cartesian coordinate manipulator to realize the transportation and flip of the motor rotor,stator and assembly. The motor assembly line adopts the monitoring of force and displacement and cooperates with the use of safety grating ruler to bring safe and accurate automatic production.

    Excellent , never seen so much automation in motor making .
    Great job but these motors are of maximum 2.5kw , it will be wonderful if you show some motor above 💯 kW

    Need Pink Floyd music playing in the back-ground, with cannabis legalized so they can chill out & be happier while working. Have to praise the Orientals for their 'get on with it attitude,' even for low pay. Working conditions are way..!! better than in UK, those awful cold damp dark bricked Victorian buildings.. or the workhouses as my grandmother called them. Bit like in Metropolis 1927 movie. Reminds of the Pink Floyd song.. 'Now Now John,' showing British workers drinking endless cups of tea reading the paper, smoking & sleeping.. while the Japanese worked non stop for hours..ha. Been learning about how motors work, interested in how the back emf can be not only canceled out, but re-used. Eliminating back emf improves motor efficiency.

    • @bleughbloop8569
      @bleughbloop8569 Před 5 lety +1

      reusing back-emf? that's called regenerative braking.
      While the motor is running?...that's perpetual motion.

    • @user-bd2id5yf9g
      @user-bd2id5yf9g Před 5 lety

      Don't worry, wasn't really saying anything intelligent.. lol.. sorry I was just babbling about nothing. I guess I was saying your working conditions seem to be better than what is typically found here. You are clean & well organized.

    • @user-bd2id5yf9g
      @user-bd2id5yf9g Před 5 lety

      Not perpetual motion.. really.. just trying to make a motor run more efficiently. I'm following 3 people on youtube who are investigating back emf research. Not actually constructed anything myself yet, just collecting parts and learning more about motors. The real test is when a load is applied to the output. I've seen transformers where it seems the back emf bypasses the primary input to be fed into a secondary output. As for motors, seen people re-wire the field coils to apparently cancel back emf, but then one still needs 'torque.' I think back emf could be useful in electric generation, with a motor controlled alternator set up. The best ones I've seen so far from drum motors, like the ones used in washing machines. I'm looking out for any 2nd ones, as they can also be re-wired to work as generator, be it 1, 2 or 3 phase. There are 3 phase drives out there, but see if I can build my own first, using frequency control.

    Aluminum wires. Very shoddy and cheap. They burn out sooner. Just watch her install the windings. This is surely stressing the coils and weakening the wire. Not good.

    Chinese workers most likely experienced,there is a trend factories moving to other countries with lower wages,but workers couldn't gain lots of experience in one day.so my choice is Chinese made ,I wouldn't normally risk it.

    Those windings might look pretty but there's a lot of 'spaghetti' overlap with them - reduces efficiency massively and creates a lot of wasteful heat.
    Short life motors with limited run time - basically rubbish that works..
