  • How TO Produce Electric Car Motor | TRON Electric ENGINE - Car Factory PRODUCTION Assembly Line.
An electric vehicle, also called an EV, uses one or more electric motors or traction motors for propulsion. An electric vehicle may be powered through a collector system by electricity from off-vehicle sources, or may be self-contained with a battery, solar panels or an electric generator to convert fuel to electricity. EVs include, but are not limited to, road and rail vehicles, surface and underwater vessels, electric aircraft and electric spacecraft.

If these were manufactured in America, these motors/generators would cost 10x or more to make here than in China! I can only imagine how little those employees must make there compared to here in the USA!

First of all, what you can know is
The daily salary is definitely lower than that of American workers. However; the total workload is not necessarily low. Yes,it's true..

    • @saminsiddiquee2059
      @saminsiddiquee2059 Před 2 lety

@DriverSteve You must consider the Purchasing Power Parity between different countries. The value of dollar doesn't mean anything with respect to the salary of someone earning wages in Chinese RMB. Also consider different tax structures between the two countries. American salaries for factory workers might also be considered low if you compare to Finland, for instance.

@@battlefennec chinese hands can not produce high quality products BECAUSE they are educated on such way, and MANUFACTURERS say to workers "work fast" but in Europe they say "work nice, we dont like mistakes"
Fast working equal to "high QUANTITY but low quality". This is why they CAN NOT produce high quality products. QUANTITY and QUALITY is just like the difference between black and white color, just like the night and day, just like the death and life.
You can confirm this for yourself. How?
Just go to alibaba.com and find MOST HIGH RANKED manufacturers, and contact them by writing: I would like to buy your product to be used on my business , but i have HIGH conditions about quality:
If a singe product which you are sending me is malfunction then:
      - you will send me back the money which i paid for,
      - you will send me back the money which i paid for shipping,
      - you will cover the insurance for the product,
      - you will pay for damage which your malfunction product can cause,
      - you will pay the service of my end buyers which damage is caused by your malfunction parts used on my business,
      - you will pay for degradation of the name of my company,
      - you will cover MY profit for the products which are produced nonfunctional like result of error on your parts used on my products
No chinese company/manufacturer will accept to sell you any product under such conditions. On other hand in Europe, European manufacturers will accept instantly such conditions. Why??? Because European company's know what does mean to degrade the name of another company by selling low quality products, they know consequences if A SINGE product is nonfunctional. They know what does it mean to pay for the damage caused by low quality products, they know that the error of a single worker can cause entire company to go down to bankrupt. In china such laws does not exist, for that they are "wanking dick" when european buyers complaint about the low quality product which received from stupid china.

This looks so much better that that welded rod based volt EV motor. From an engineering point of view you want the fine parallel wires to reduce eddy current loss. Having multiple poles also increases power for a given motor RPM. Disclaimer: I am not in the car industry, I just like to play with stuff and once tried to make a high power ferrite motor using Litz wire.

I do ask myself for a longer time and wil be pleased with a answer, do use the suncronious motors for EV rotor coils or permanent magnets? these last one is maybe a little a problem in future with these rare earth magnets, as the word already say, rare earth. I have a plan to use a 20 kW sinchronious motor with normal rotor windings to rewind these for 120 volts, and wind it such that it can be freqency regulated, so with highest frequency and highest rmp, I need keep power high, when go into lower rpm then the impedance of the windings get low, current to high, is using a current limiting in the motor driver is needed, however I get then maybe much dissipation in that regulator. It is a bung of quenstions, so thanks in advance for a answer. Regards.

Please analyze my studies on the website: www.mojewynalazki.pev.pl and CZcams. They are posted there, among others. descriptions of a new generation four-phase motor / generator operating on the basis of four steps per revolution. There are numerous photos, descriptions, calculations, analyzes and videos. The data was confirmed by a PhD student at the Poznań University of Technology - Mr. Krzysztof Nowopolski. Especially by sending me an oscillogram of the four-phase winding and numerical programs for switching the phases of this motor. I cordially invite you :).

@@ZygmuntKiliszewski Thank you mine friend, the driving is not that difficult, even without programming it is possible. Just pure chips, I am not a professional electric automobile designer, it was for rebuilding a old car with a 15 Kilowatt motor, 20 kilowatts I can not find. the windings van be seen everywere for 4 fase windings, (dependeding of motor) the converterter needs current limiting circuits because otherwise the power will go down when ramping up the rpm, the windings need to be done on the max rpm off interest or what motor can be do, this I do not now yet. so with low rpm the current get,s much higher, so need limint that actively whil preserve the driving power, it needs chopping. getting the program when you do switch 4 fases, I think on the internet is mucho examples, to find and also the four fase stuff for winding.
