    Post partum hair loss is just a phase and the hair that's lost USUALLY grows back on its own, without any supplements. I'm not saying Vegamour doesn't work, but the hair growth she gained in the 3 months of using Vegamour looks like typical hair growth in that time frame after post partum hair shedding.

      @bellsquadvlogs9699  Před 2 lety +15

      Yes, you are correct that hair loss can happen postpartum and then grow back naturally. However, before I even became pregnant my hair was starting to thin in the front. I was trying all kinds of different supplements and diet and it wasn’t getting better. Then I got pregnant and it got worse. The reason I believe in Vegamour is because the 2nd week of using it I saw hair growth which is too much of a coincidence, and the hair thinning that I was seeing happening pre-pregnancy grew back.

      Can you let me know how it works out after a couple of months? I just want to know more perspectives since hers was from pregnancy, it’s common to lose hair after giving birth and for a lot of woman it will usually grow back all of the way or to some degree either way after over time. So I’d love to hear your perspective too to rule out more variables!

    Ty for your review! I am in the same situation. Thinning and loss before my pregnancy. As soon as i stopped breast feeding i lost chunks towards the front and temples. On top of that i blonded and heated my hair which made it worse although olaplex saved it from harsher consequences. I took sugar bear hair for a year here and there and it worked for me but i feel its been a slow growth. And i do credit sugar bear because when i stopped the growth stopped and restarted when i took them. So i will try vegamour now. I also drink collagen now so it sort boosted growth in the last months but still wanna try vegamour now.

  • @Rougenodengonsi
    @Rougenodengonsi Před 2 lety +3

    Wow, this product gave you such lush hair and I’m so happy for you. You look so beautiful with or without too 🍓🏹
    I’m just popping in to spread a little love and say that vegamour is actually not the safest product, especially for women with hormonal, topical, or traction scalp issues/scalp sensitivity
    Vegamour is advertised a lot as healthy and clean (plant derived -yes /toxicity wise + leaving our hormones alone -not so much). It contains polysorbate-20, which is harmful with continued use. Products like this may solve hair issues but can inspire difficult immunity issues elsewhere in the body. This is a big issue for cancer research and how these cultivated chemicals affect us in the long-run. This chemical is connected to disrupting natural hormonal balances that keep women healthy, is responsible for minor reproductive toxicity, and even cancers because it is a pretty under-researched/highly-used carcinogen in most products we see daily (even in holistic stores)
    This brand also uses potassium sorbate which is harmful long term for the skin (regardless of what the fda approves, it is banned in Europe for dna toxicity). It gets rid of bad bacteria but also interferes with healthy bacteria on the scalp and may cause inflammation elsewhere because it can interfere with our already sensitive immune systems
    These are not only harmful topically but rinsing any of these chemicals out in a hot shower can oxidize these chemicals and get into airways/other vital organs needed to operate/protect our overall immunity. Even though vegamour has other very good ingredients, since polysorbate 20 is still present, your results depend on your immune system and how fast it recovers between uses. Because polysorbate 20 is at the top of their ingredient list, an ample amount is used in the serum and could possibly cause the body to use the energy it needs to heal your scalp for fighting the mildly toxic/long term-hazardous effects elsewhere in the body. If you don’t want to make home elixirs like I do and need an easy alternative (it took me years to find this brand) @curly proverbz is the cleanest brand I’ve seen to date when it comes to responsibly formulated hair growth products (Sorry to the host of this video ❣️ this isnt an ad, I just like to help wherever. Please feel free to delete if this is inappropriate)
    🍑🐝 Much love to you and your hair. Hope I didn’t come off as a know it all. I just see this brand everywhere on insta and worry that many women may suffer later on with immune-related issues due to brands that pose as healthy when they may actually be putting women in potential danger further down the line. All the best and congratulations on the baby 💛

    • @holly4774
      @holly4774 Před 2 lety

      Very informative - both of you. Do either of y’all know if the shampoo & conditioner contain these ingredients or is it just the serum??

    • @Rougenodengonsi
      @Rougenodengonsi Před 2 lety

      @@holly4774 the shampoo and conditioners don’t contain polysorbate-20 (yaas) but I just looked up the ingredients for both which had my head spinning reading the items listed in the bottle. Sensationalized products like this can affect people in so many different ways. Some ingredients other people may be able to tolerate but only short-term. Knowing how many women are using this product vs. the rate of sensitivity to chemicals these days (along with no clarity about how each individual ingredient affects every individual person based on their dna and immune response) + the sheer volume of questionable ingredients included in these products, I wonder about the possible effects of prolonged use could do to women’s hormones and overall health. But based on this catalyst, I do know it isn’t irresponsible to hypothesize that the long-term effects are not good. Products like this a tricky formula for: good hair now -> possible poor health later due to chemical retention from long-term use
      Companies are able to include a lot of these ingredients because regulatory laws only require insight and testing for very short-term use (regarding just topical irritation, not internal cellular affect) and do not test for long-term use or safety. But then the companies themselves market the products for long-term use (with ingredients that make our micro biome reliant on these somewhat hazardous ingredients because the first few uses wiped out a decent percent of our skin’s natural microbiome), which is a bit uncaring for companies to do to their buyers by marketing long-term use. (Stated by health.harvard.edu "Products are tested to make sure they don't cause short-term problems, such as skin irritation. But they're not tested for long-term safety,"..)
      If you’d like, I can come back to this later and list off the ingredients from these bottles that shouldn’t be in close proximity to our external/internal cellular structures 💌
      & just so you know, when I see products like this working for people- I take note of the healthy whole ingredients in the package and just buy those individual ingredients to make my own version. It’s usually much cheaper and I don’t have to worry about harming my old lady self 😊

    Hair loss post partum only lasts 3 to 6 months and grows back without any products which is why these companies say it takes that length of time just incase women are still shedding hair when they buy it! you are moaning about a tiny bit of thinning that nobody else would notice, when you have lost 70% of your hair in three months like i have then you would know what real hair loss feels like! you have got a MASSIVE amount of hair! all you have to do is use natural products and don't brush it when it is wet and use a wide tooth comb... a multi vitamin helps with general health! the results have nothing to do with the products and everything to do with the fact it is a temporary condition!!

      She also mentioned the thinning began prior to pregnancy. I know my hair has gotten thinner with each pregnancy & nursing a year after each. My hair has never grown back. I only have to shave my legs every 2 weeks. However, I believe I’m more deficient in iron than biotin. High iron intake is hard on the tummy & not as easy to adhere to it when your body doesn’t break it down the same way others do. Thanks for this video! It’s tough finding honest reviews these days!
