Crown Victoria/ Mercury Grand Marquis HEADER PANEL Bolt Locations and Cobra crown Victoria Cloning ( My Thoughts ) I did this video for my Big Bro cause he needed to know the bolt locations ( and I wanted to know also ) it really isnt bad. The few bolts o the fender has to be taken out so you can spread the fender to slide back in the Header Panel on your Crown Vic or Mercury Grand Marquis

There are so many things I would like to do to mine, but for the money, I used the K.I.S.S. method (Keep it simple stupid). I wanted the Marauder look without spending a fortune. I got 2 damaged grills, Grand Marquis and police interceptor, free from the junk yard. I cut the center out of both and made the Mercury center fit the Ford grill shell. For the seats, I used 98 Town Car seats and a 2005 Mountaineer center console. I replaced the ticket light with the map light out of an old Nissan Sentra. It isn't exactly Marauder interior, but it has a sporty feel. I painted the mismatched parts with Rust-oleum Oil Rubbed Bronze and it was a really close match to my charcoal interior. All in all, I only have about $2500 invested. That is including body, paint, interior, wheels/tires, brakes, transmission rebuild, water pump, intake manifold, exhaust work, pinion seal, and probably some more stuff I can't think of. You and Mr Random have been a great resource for me to learn about these cars. I appreciate you more than you know.

Its all about having fun on a Budget its about being creative like you mentioned.. Some may not approve but how can you push the culture further with out this type of ( build ) 2k aint real money and 10k isnt real money ( by the world standards ) so you just have to cap you build and a certain price point.. Just have fun bro the car sound cool Jason

I think of it like art. Your art is in a different medium than a restorer, cloner or super mod. It leans towards rat-rod but it's not because the rat-rodder will stick some expensive hp parts on there. Your medium is the same as the artist that only uses junk that people discarded, thinking it had no more use. These artist are some of the most respected artist of today.

Love this video. I'm with you BST. Cloning something is a little too much of a brain bleed for me. I want a little creative originality in my stuff and a clone chokes that. But I understand when your channel is based on a certain platform, you have to cater to people. That's sort of the chokehold that sticking with one platform brings. There starts beings certain expectations that are unrealistic. Which is why I like that you love Panther cars but you show other great stuff too. Doesn't constrain your content.

So for a person that creates content its a hard juggle passion and what creates views ( I stop with the view part a min ago ) and I keep it honest , but its a hit am miss cause MOST people want to be dazzled. Others like yourself just keep it real ( and stay in my lane ) . people follow the trends i watch other channels and go against that ( with in budget if possible ) Just want to display you can flip the same chassis but never make the same car

Yoooo I have a 2011 P7B I'm thinking of selling, this Texas winter did me in I had water in the coolant and after the freeze I had water in the oil ! She has flowmaster super 10 exhaust, all 4 shocks done , brakes done ,new battery, new alternator, all 8 ingintion coils ( ford racing coils), she's a pretty bad ass care before the storm did me in , she's tough as nails , of anyone seriously interested lemme know we can exchange numbers and I can provide photos and more info , I have a clear clean texas title on hand !!! If I don't get her sold I'm damn well gonna get another motor in her , just could rather use the money right now with family and all, I'm sure you guys could understand that !!

I love and value your knowledge of the Panther platform. Check it out: I am so freaking happy. I just bought a 2011 Crown Vic P71 with only 112,000 miles for just $2,450. It has a little (mostly surface) rust and a few minor scrapes. I wish that I could attach a photo. It runs, handles, and stops like new. A little body work, manual exhaust cutouts, and a tune and I will be good to go! I plan on keeping my excellent running 178,000 mile 04 for (Minnesota) winter driving.
