  • In this episode of 'Basics with Dhruv Rathee' series, learn in detail about the different ideas of socialism. An ideology which inspired multiple generations of Indian revolutionaries.
Earlier socialism was defined as an economic system based on social interest. Rousseau and Proudhon argued for elimination of private property. Charles Fourier, Robert Owen advocated Utopian socialism, i.e. rich people be given moral values and they should share their wealth. Gandhi and Swami Vivekananda were inspired by such ideas. Karl Marx defined socialism as - from each as per his ability, to each as per his contribution. He saw it as an intermediate stage between capitalism and communism. Bhagat Singh was proponent of this revolutionary socialism. Fabian socialism was an ideology of Fabian society which talked about brining socialism through gradual reformist democratic measures. Jawahar Lal Nehru was a fabian socialist. Cooperative socialism implies socialization of means of production. John Meynard Keynes advocated that the government should organize and regulate the economic system, huge government spending so as to control recession, inequality, monopoly. In this video, I explain all such types of socialism.

Why there is no succesful co-operative societies in other sectors? It's fact that Gujarat's per capita income started increasing when private sector started moving in. In Maharashtra, farmers who are doing experiments in their farms on their own are more successful than farmers which are dependent on cooperative societies dominated by corrupt politicians. Because they are getting fruits of their own efforts. Such farmers are doing exports and marketing in cities. Some are trying wines, continental vegetables like mushrooms, baby corn, etc. Co-operative banks are debt ridden and poorly regulated. They don't want RBI regulations. Maharashtra and Gujarat are developed mainly due to private sector. I am from Pune, Maharashtra. More we embrace liberalisation, privatisation and globalisation more we will develop as a society.

But it focuses on welfare of society
My personal opinion says Nordic model is the best, they encourage entrepreneurship and innovation as well
Transportation, social security(including insurance and allowances) , health and education all handled by the state.
They are more democratic society and have trust in each other as a society thus not much corruption and selfishness.
But in India hardly any one trust each other and thus we see bribery and corruption. People here are not very democratic, having an authoritarian rule is acceptable here.

Nothing to do with good or bad politics... Having a thriving market needs opening up the economy further. Tell me what importance does India hold for the world??? Difficulty in doing business, land acquisition issues(where we have plenty of unused and free land), no laws for protection of assets, less skilled people(this is also a burden for foreign investors, thus hindering the FDI), poverty in large scale which yields less skilled and trained brains. So all these are very complex issues..... It was only 1991 that India came out of the shadow of IMF loans. True, that future's grim.... Surviving a post calamity inflated economy requires painful struggle... When the West will again get an opportunity to pump economy and send relief packages, eventually bringing countries(3rd world) from exporting to importing economy. This leads to a mass void of hopelessness leading to increased demand. Soon you will see the currency value differential rising...

Explained with a seperatism ideology and he choses those topics where hindus were black painted and only Hindus demand and bring conflicts in Indian society....if u don't believe in me go through his videos u only find those stereotypes ONLY... And his one bebak series which he made with some journalist of some local news portal ( I guess news clickin) which was seized and found funding from other countries to spill internal disputes in nation
And those things we simply ignore and like blindfools we do follow his content which ONLY FOCUSED THE NEGATIVES OF OUR COUNTRY
I Challenge you tell me one video he showed that India had improved in some aspect...
Recently India had broken the world record by making highest no. Of vaccinations
He never opens a mouth bout it becoz tht would be in favour modi.... Which he doesn't want! How f*cking politically nerd is he!?
No doubt, he is playing a significant role in wiping our culture.
When a future child grows big he will only be taught that Gandhi was fool who destroyed India and hindus played major role in seperation of India Pakistan and blah blah!
Dhruv never raised the issue how CAN We collectively emerge as United nation... NEVER SPEAKS OF IT.
if he does that ... How will he break the morale of the nation
      Ugh! 😤
Endless issues with him I recommend him to change his perspective....which Highlights in his CHANNEL ART 😒 f*cking hypocrite
      Try to change! Please 🙏

    According to me
We should be adapting a economic model of SOCIO-CAPITALISM
    Where
The control of government over the economy to be relieved and the private sectors be encouraged
They are to be taxed with some relief
Allow the Private Companies to enter new areas like Defence and Space Exploration which many have started
We shall distribute the wealth not among the higher caste equally nor the lower caste but we should use this money as a subsidiaries which would be used for the growth of the backward class of our country
    In this way
Not only we will be able to grow the economy rapidly but also help the people of the lower economic classes to rise up the ladders of the society and establish their life
And they can also lead a proper and good standard of living

11:23 increasing the employment only should not be the focus but providing quality work should be the aim
The income and lifestyle of those few in the organised sector is much better than those whole in unorganised sector
In an unorganised one there is no labour law, their rights are not properly protected,no labour unions, improper safety equipment, inhuman working and living conditions, exploitation, no system of proper wage..
    Eg daily wage.
Unlike in the organised sector there is a comparatively better life..
