THE NEXT DAY, Mario signs up for a medical license by going to a medical school and works for a good while there, studies nutsack anomaly, and for some reason decides to smoke some gas. However the teacher returns with a disappointing grade to Mario, which as unlucky as he is, gets thrown out a damn window much to Mario's frustration. Eventually his doctor's degree is accepted and experiments some fundamentals with chemicals and mathematics, where he looks at a flask with a mixture and skates. AFTER THAT NEXT DAY, Mario, now a doctor, returns to the hospital to save Luigi, however is blocked by personnel. Much to his impatience, he throws him out the window (Mario really is fed up ain't he) and rushes to Luigi's room and offers some fentanyl, Luigi skates and Mario suggests to put it up his rear end saying that it's a suppository, but Luigi boldly declines but of course, Mario isn't done yet and of course, for the FOURTH time, throws him out the window.
