Question. Changed the compressor and inverter. Wouldn't be easier to just change the whole unit out? what is the price difference? Or was it a warranty thing. Thanks Chris
Do customers ever get their moneys worth buying Infinity systems, so much tech and so much to go wrong god help you when the warranty goes out, I'm a been a Carrier dealer in TX and I stay clear of these systems, lately I get better prices on Rheem and customers find them more appealing than Carrier which I put on the back burner.
muniznick I agree at a certain point, I have seen good saving with our clients but they could be very intimidating because it’s inverter driven. Just like any other unit they got to be installed properly and the problem or the solution is that these unit know airflow. Not like your typical unit with plane Jane parts which I love and yes Carrier are making adjustments to the VNA 8, and 9. I do the love the greenspeed 20 units I would sell them all day if I was to pick high efficiency unit systems. Thanks brother for the comment
What about the chip from the old board, don't you have to put it on the new board.
Jose Rivera on this greenspeed 20 seer the defrost broad is separate from the inverter. So the defrost board has the chip to identify the unit. Thanks for the comment
Cuts open refrigeration system, washed unit with pipes cut open, doesn't change the filter drier.....
